They installed my windshield. It seems to be holding up. No issues so far. However, I would not select this shop again. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house to replace my windshield. The day of the appointment the tech called and said it was too cold outside to replace my windshield. Therefore I would have to bring it to their shop. Why didn't they consider weather when they scheduled my original appointment? It's winter time. It's been cold outside, 20 degrees for the last 3 months. I agreed to reschedule. I set up an 8 am appointment. When I arrived for my 8 am appointment, the shop was closed. No staff was there. Other customers were waiting in the parking lot. The whole staff showed up 45 mins late. It is sketchy that the whole staff showed up all at the same time, literally at 8:45 I understand delays with snow but I have higher expectations. Contacting customers the day before or the morning of, informing them of the delay would be professional. The manager was not very apologetic and didn't t take my time seriously. More professionalism is expected and required. The waiting area also needs a cleaning. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism are a reflection of management. read more

A stone from a dump truck left a crack in my windshield. I needed a replacement and fast. Autoglass Now was able to lower my price by accepting some insurance money. I paid the deductible. The replacement windshield was an exact match to the OEM windshield that got ruined. AGN had it fixed in about an hour and I went for a walk around Castle Shannon while they did the work. Recommended by my local mechanic over Safelite, first install of my windshield leaked after 2 days, water poured out of overhead eyesight cameras and control panel. I called and the fixed within a day. So far no problems other than some codes that came up on their scanner. They said they could not calibrate the cameras until it was fixed at the dealer. I had no issues with the camera before I went there. I guess safelite may have been a better option. It was insurance so I had to pay my deductible (so far) 2 stars because staff was friendly , but to do only one thing and not do it well is not a good business model. read more

I recently knocked my driver side window off of it's track. Upon driving on Friday I hit à bump and the window was gone. I assumed it fell out and broke at the bottom bc of the cold. I called up Auto Glass Now and they said they could come Sat. Miles called on Sat. and told me they don't do home delivery on week-ends and told me I could save more if I came to him on Sat. Morning. I didn't want to wait til Monday but I didn't feel like driving 30 min with no window. Miles was nice, said he'd be done in a jif so I ventured to Castle Shanon. As soon as Miles looked at the car he said your Windows off the track but it's still here. I thought he was crazy but I was the idiot who didn't notice that when I hit the bums the window fell back inside the door. I was kind of relieved but was ready for Miles to say they couldn't do this without replacing the glass, you'll have to take in to be serviced at Chevy. Fortunately Miles got in there and had my window fixed in 10 min flat. He saved me a lot of money and it was great to finally thaw out for the day. Everyone who worked there was very helpful. Miles was a great guy and was glad to help. Let's face it. Nowadays a lot of businesses would've been a little 'mad' bc I didn't buy the glass I ordered after all. I had the back window in my pickup replaced by Auto Glass Now on 8/27/20. Their price was much lower than any other estimates so went with them. The window looks great and I'm happy with everything except that in order to get the old window out, they used hammers to break the glass and spread small glass pieces all over the back seat and the bed of the truck (when I picked up the truck, it was parked outside and I didn't see the broken glass until after I paid). When I asked the technicians about the glass, he said "we don't pick up glass" and the others nodded their concurrence. I stated it seemed crazy that they would leave such a mess and they essentially repeated that they don't pick up glass. I would have asked to talk to the manager but had heard while I was in the waiting room that he was out until the following week. When I got home, I called their corporate offices and spoke to a representative who emphatically stated they always clean up any broken glass or debris. He said this is their minimum standard and that I should speak to the manager. The following week, I called and spoke to the manager who did say that they should have cleaned up the glass but that their vacuum cleaner would not reach into the truck so they couldn't. He gave a half hearted apology. When I asked why they wouldn't have put down a drop cloth to catch the glass he simply said sorry again and it seemed apparent to me that he really didn't care, wasn't interested in trying to rectify and just wanted to get off the call and move on. Still scratching my head as to why they made such a mess and why the manager was so uninterested in trying to resolve even after telling him I would be writing a bad review. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Husband scheduled an appointment for the technician to come to the house and repair the windshield on his SUV. He was told he receive a call in the morning with a time but they'd be at the house between 9-12. Cool. I'd be home since I work afternoons. No phone call. Nobody showed up by time I had to leave. The technician calls at 2pm. No dice. Nobodies home. We reschedule for today. 8am appointment. The place has no parking lot. Cool. Whatever. We get here at 8. Nobodies here. We wait till 8:15. Call the corporate number. They get ahold of whoever is supposed to be here. They'll be here ANY minute. It's now 8:30.... Half an hour after our scheduled appointment. NOBODY IS HERE. After seeing not such good reviews, I decided to give a chance and go with it. They definitely beat all prices. They came to my location, the guy did a very nice and clean job. I asked him to make sure there is no glass left in the car, especially because I have a 2 years old toddler. It was quick, convenience and best price. service here is drive in, per preset appointment. I arrived ten minutes early only to be told the molding needed to complete the installation was not delivered along with the glass. the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule should have been the protocol, but instead they let me drive 50 minutes through heavy traffic only to cancel on site without apology. I was given the option to wait 40 minutes in case the moulding might be included in the afternoon shipment. i took a seat in the waiting area. it was now lunch time and consuming the pizza that was delivered was clearly priority one. when done eating, the worker (owner perhaps), placed a call only to find, there would be no further deliveries that day (he could have made that call before the first bite). then he said I could come back next day at 9:00AM. ???? and the moulding would magically show up? I said not unless I get a call confirming it's actually been delivered! surprise, surprise. no phone call! I would have driven there again for nothing! hell, they didn't even offer up a slice of their pizza while I waited unnecessarily through lunch. they could have and should have simply rescheduled my appointment, I would have been fine with that. read more

*Please read this in its entirety. If I could give negative stars I would. I called for a quote and made an appointment for home service the next day and was told I'd receive two phone calls in the morning. One from the receptionist clarifying the price and then a call confirming the time. Well I received no calls until 1/2 hour before my requested time to confirm. I wasn't even home because nobody kept their word. Then the tech was very polite and tried to replace the windshield. Keep in mind I had one small crack across the windshield. He apologized and said he somehow cracked the new one completely. He said its drivable but let the glue set for 20 mins and he'd have the manager replace it again in the morning. I get in my car hours later and find glass everywhere and the rubber piece that holds the windshield in place just flying in the wind with a piece of tape on it. I also found cuts in my fabric pillar along the windshield from not cutting the old windshield out the proper way. I called the answering service to report the issues and make sure it was in fact safe to drive and I got a call back almost immediately from the district manager, I think that was his title. He said for me to call him first thing in the morning because he will forget... I've never met a district manager who sounded so conceited. He said he gets 4,000 calls a day so he would forget. I suggested maybe setting a reminder in his phone or writing it on a sticky note. He said "No it's fine, I'll have someone else remind me." Totally unprofessional. It ended up raining the next day (today) so the another tech calls and said since its raining can I bring my two small children to their dirty and completely non-kid-friendly waiting room instead. Of course I said yes because I'm fed up with this place by now and just want my things replaced. So the same tech ends up doing the work AGAIN and the receptionist named Peggy is so rude she's sitting in front of me talking code about me being unreasonable to the unprofessional district manager and then all the employees come in and whisper to each other. I have every right to be unreasonable in this situation. All they offered for all of this trouble was to replace my window pillars for free. Not even a sincere apology. They acted like it was my fault. Was I supposed to pay for their damages? GO TO SAFELITE or anywhere else more professional please. These people didn't even apologize today. read more

Instead of billing my credit card for a replacement windshield, billed through a body repair shop doing other work on the vehicle, who then held my vehicle, until I paid for windshield. Did not remount rear view mirror. Also put large dents in the chrome moulding around windshield. Later remounted mirror in wrong place, interfering with the driver's visor. Later put mirror in correct place & promised to replace the moulding, but never did. Later played games with my Better Business Bureau claim. Never replaced the moulding. Never provided a refund. Long story short. This company scratched my car door during the install of a new windshield and made no attempt to fix the issue. It was not a major scratch, but the fact that I was basically laughed at during the process is what lead me to write the review. A rock cracked the windshield of my 2014 Jetta (which I take great care of and am aware of every tiny scratch and dent that it has unfortunately acquired over the 2 years I have owned it since purchasing new). After a few phone calls of comparing replacement costs from other companies, it seemed like a no-brainer to go with Auto Glass Now because the closest price competitor was still $100 over their price, so I set the appointment for replacement. While I was sitting in the waiting room, an unsatisfied (and rude) customer came in because of an issue with his replaced windshield and the secretary, Karen, was just as rude back to him and very unprofessional with his complaints. I can understand her reaction, but it was very unprofessional and should have been handled differently because she is in the field of customer service. Shortly after, the installer told me I was ready to go, so I paid my bill and gave the installer a $10 handshake and he was grateful. As I'm about to open the door to my car I notice a new scratch beside the door handle, with some of the paint chip still on the door. I brushed it away and asked the installer if he was aware of the scratch. He backed off and got Karen to look at it. She immediately told me her district manager would take care of it and told me she would call me when he was in. I agreed, and put my trust in the company to right the wrong they created. A few days go by, and still no call. I make some calls over the next days and finally get a hold of Adam, the district manager. He tells me to come down to the shop to take a look at the damage. At this point, about a week and a half has passed since the install. He looks at the scratch, takes a photo to send to his boss, and tells me I'm probably out of luck, because in his words, "it is impossible we could have caused this damage". I attempted to explain that at this current point in my life, a brand new car was the largest purchase I have ever made and that I understand mistakes happen, but that I was 100% sure that particular scratch was not there prior to the install, especially because of the paint flake that I dusted off when I first noticed the scratch. Adam then told me I would hear from him within the next day or two to inform me of how his boss told him to proceed. After almost TWO WEEKS of me calling and leaving messages for him on his office and cell, he finally told me that there was nothing they could do, and that it was "guaranteed 100% they did not cause the damage". He could not admit that mistakes happen, and basically accused me of trying to get free repair work. I'm now left with a handful of options to repair the damage, but all of these options come out of my own pocket. I was never trying to get any free repairs, and pointed out to Adam each scratch and dent previously on my car and told him when and where each occurred (restaurant and grocery store parking lots) to show him I only wanted THEIR scratch to be repaired. I have gone to Ryan's Auto Glass with a prior vehicle, with no issue on a chip repair, so if (hopefully it's only an IF) I need any other glass work, I will return to their business. read more
