My daughter was packed up to move home (1000+ miles away) when the RPM's on her older car started to race. The reviews were right- Nick saved the day! He was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and honest. Arranging this from out of state, I had may questions, and I never felt rushed even though I know how busy they were. He fixed the problem, then went over the car completely to make sure it was in good, safe condition for the long drive. All this and his charge was unbelievably reasonable! I am so grateful. I was in NY on a family emergency. On my way home the weld broke on my exhaust causing it drag. I called Ryan's Auto Repair and explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in between jobs and send me on my way. They were able to make repairs that allowed me to get home. Ryans Auto Repairs could have taken advantage of the situation. It was my experience that they offered me options to get me back on the road. I personally feel that they are honest and fair. Accommodating, professional, with reasonable prices. Ran into a problem with my truck while on vacation. Showed up at Ryan's out of the blue.
