We contacted Ryan's REZ-ipes almost a year before our wedding, when we were looking at caterers in the Arlington/Marysville area. We reached out to several people in the middle of summer (peak wedding season), and Ryan was the most responsive by far. He was also very clear about pricing and what we could get. It helped us tremendously, as we were trying to decide how to fit food into our budget, and other caterers were not as transparent. Not only was his communication great, when the day of the wedding came, Ryan's REZ-ipes DELIEVERED. It was everything that we had agreed upon, and he was able to work with my bridal party and the venue host and not ask the bride or groom a single question. Everything went so smoothly for us. And the FOOD. Obviously, the most important part of any caterer/restaurant/food truck. The food was absolutely delicious. I had so many compliments from our guests who loved the frybread and the steak and shrimp. The s'mores were my favorite - I loved all the candy options, and I kept eating s'mores for weeks afterward as he even gifted me one of the s'mores cookers! If you are having ANY event in the Arlington or Marysville area, reach out to Ryan for a quote. He'll respond quickly and explain clearly, and deliver the best food for your event. Absolutely amazing!!! Made with love, creativity, skills and the best ingredients and top of the line customer service. I highly recommend trying all of the food, especially the pulled pork tacos. Thank you Ryan for providing the best grub I have ever had

This is at the end of the night. They are fun to visit with.

What a fun truck. They've brought fun and adventure into the food game (no pun intended). The combinations of ingredients are quite interesting. Don't be too afraid of the PB&j. It's a lot better than it sounds. Last night I attended a wedding reception that was catered. Everyone had a great time. The unique menu had everybody talking and visiting and there was a lot of laughter and mingling while they ordered. As you can imagine crowds like that can be overwhelming and without a doubt there was chaos but these guys handled it really well. I was quite impressed with their attitudes and their skills. When you order the handed you a beeper and you waited. There was a long distance that you could walk away so you didn't have to miss out on the fun. It didn't take long for mine. I got the angel burger. And I did not regret it. Mind you this was last night at a wedding reception and I am currently drawing a blank on the ingredients but I do remember some jalapenos and cheese and maybe those crinkle onions and I think some bacon, spicy aioli or something to that effect. You can look it up on the menu. I believe that was the most popular one. It was really hard to choose though because they were also interesting and curious. Lastly, the fry bread... Did not disappoint. The fry bread was hot and fresh. It was soft on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside and all together it was heavenly. I get mine without any sugar and I just eat it plain but I did get a side of the lemon curd to try with it and I could have just eaten that lemon curd by the spoonfuls lol Before they left they made a big batch of fresh fry bread to leave for the party. They were a hit so Yes! I would recommend them to cater or just to eat at if you have the chance.

Was lucky enough to stumble across this food truck at the Beverly Food Truck park. Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had! Fresh and made to order. Friendly, well priced and delicious! Don't forget to get an order of fry bread!

Is it legal to marry a food truck? If so, I want to divorce my wife and marry this truck. LET ME KNOW! I got myself a kalbi and shrimp platter. If you've had this stuff elsewhere, you've not had the best. First of all, I got handed the container and it was a workout to hold it up. There's so much yummy goodness in one plate. It must've weighed 45 pounds (maybe I'm exaggerating.) The tastes were a great fusion of what I'd come to know of Asian food and something else which I couldn't put my finger on. Whatever it was changed the dishes enough to make them unique and delicious. The greatest part was, the next day they catered a wedding that my wife was in. I got to eat from this truck 2 days in a row. I consider myself lucky.

Wow. All I can say! Always see this food truck between Panera & Cabelas on Tulalip & finally stopped to try. I got one of each taco: The Kalbi taco had a good kick of heat and lovely flavors, not dry at all. 5/5 The chicken taco (special) also had some heat, but the sweet mango on top balanced out the flavors! 5/5 The shrimp, not too much flavor I don't think the shrimp are marinated in anything. 3/5 The pulled pork was juicy and a little fatty, I wish the bbq was through the whole taco... I think it was just drizzled on part of it. 3/5 The chicken and Kalbi were my favorite for sure, next time I will try smoked salmon burger or the Kalbi burrito!

The truck was close to closing but I had heard about Ryan's Rez-ipes & I wanted to try it out. The menu was fricken epic, I stuttered in excitement as I read through the items. Sadly a couple of the items we requested were already sold out. I tried to order a second item with pork but was told they only had enough pork to complete my taco order (I thought "great there almost out, that means they'll be light on the taco meat"). My hubby & teens & I were starving, their menu had taken us over & we ordered a ton of items (yes it took a long time to get). My boys couldn't stop raving over their PB&J burgers & I went mental over the tacos!!!! They packed their tacos with pork (Kalua pig style, Hawaiian girl here gives it the ono rating!!!) with fresh cilantro & chopped jalapeño but the crunchy cheese covering the taco was my favorite part. If I'm not in a rush I will absolutely be hitting this truck every time I see it. Aloha always-

Ryan's REZ-pies is an absolute PNW staple-serving delicious food with a smile every time and a native flair! I catch them whenever I can: their kalbi steak burritos/tacos are amazing and so flavorful. fry bread is addictive and is a must to really complete any meal. Ryan can really whip it up in the kitchen and it shows in his food. Service is so friendly and you can't miss the big beautiful blue truck. And they have breakfast too!! Everything from this truck is a must-try!!

Indian Fried Taco $12. You won't need anything else to eat! Wish there was more of the slaw on the taco!!
    Corene F.

For my first Indian taco it was AMAZING! just wished there was more slaw!! Sauces are amazing! My husband just wished there was a little less sauce on the tacos so he could actually taste the shrimp and salmon more. But he loved them regardless! We'll just ask for light sauce next time. Loved how he made sure to keep the shrimp away from the other items for my allergy!! Reason for four star review is I wish there was a kid friendly location every once in awhile. Can't really bring a baby into a brewery .

We had Ryan cater our wedding this year and it was amazing! Great food and service! People raved about the food - The brisket and the mac & cheese were a huge hit. It was all well put together and professional. The food truck is great too! We go as often as possible. The shrimp tacos are so amazing! My husband loves the pork tacos and the jam filled fry bread. My mom raves about the Indian taco that was still delicious the next day as leftovers. Bottom line: good food, good people...the shrimp tacos are the bomb!

I know I came here way back in the day, but it was a different location and I remember enjoying it…read more I fully anticipated ordering breakfast as it was 9 am, but after looking over the menu I opted for lunch. Now coming in it was a little awkward as you walk in and the counter is right by the entrance just like most restaurants, but there were no signs that said wait to be seated or seat yourself. After standing there for a couple of minutes I saw people grabbing menus and congregating to the register. I was waiting for someone so it worked out well. You order and then take your number or in this case a magic 8 ball to the table(so they know which order goes where). This location is much larger than I remember. It had a very eclectic ambiance. More or less different types of tables and chairs everywhere, but gave off a homey vibe. The people that were working were very pleasant. We both opted for water, in which they had a water station for you to fill a cup and sit down. After sipping my water I noticed the glass I had was chipped and cracked, a chard actually chipped off in my hand. I took it back up to the front and exchanged it. Probably not the best idea to have all of the glasses stacked on top of on another. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, in which upon ordering they had to check if they were ready to serve that. I was lucky enough that they were, although I did have a back up plan. The turkey sandwich came out with a mixed green salad with a dressing I was not sure of, but was very refreshing. The turkey sandwich on sourdough was very flavorful and I was very happy with my pick. I would definitely come back here and try more things, although the Cajun sandwich remains on my mind. One of the better sandwiches I have had in a long time!

We have to begin by describing the vibe here -- I was picking up 80's Coffee House Vibes -- kinda…read morelike Everett's version of the Last Exit. (gotta climb in the Wayback Machine for that gem!) I loved that I saw at least six versions of my childhood dining room table, which felt so nostalgically comfortable that I wanted to crawl under one with my coloring books and my chocolate milk. But I digress -- you're supposed to be reading my review. I decided that I was in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup, so that's what I ordered. The tomato soup is really amazing -- so fresh tasting and delicious. But the sandwich was next level nom-ness. I opted to get it on sourdough because it's the best for dunking into the soup. Totes 'lish (I just thought I would type like one of the cool kids!! In conclusion, I want to talk about the service -- ordering was fairly simple, and the varied menu made it exciting to know there are so many choices. You order in line and the incredible wait staff brings the food quite quickly. With the vibe, the service and all the things, I am definitely coming back.
