I called and spoke to Dave, he is the owner of a one man shop. He said he does it all, from answering phones and all the mechanic work. Overall he offers general auto repair. He listened to what our problem was. Dave suggested we get a free inspection from another shop, which my wife did and that shop also gave us a quote. Dave also said to get back to him after the inspection as he was sure he could save us money. But we also had another problem, the only day my wife could get this done was on Saturday which is the day he is busy with his U-haul part of his business, but in this case he said he would make an exception to help us. My wife took her car to Brakes Unlimited on Saturday and Dave got the job done! He also saved us over $400. I can truly say that I felt good about this man right from the beginning. Thank you Dave!

I waited for two months for the tow hitch to arrive and was notified by U-HAUL located at 4020 San Mateo BLVD, Albuquerque, NM that the item was delivered and ready to be installed. I then called the location and again confirmed this was an associate. On 12/11/2020 I arrived and long story short was told that they did not know how to install the tow hitch on my particular model and I waited 45 min to wait for this answer. How do employees say they are going to work on your car but then tell you to your face that they don't know how to complete the work. Especially after waiting two months! Unacceptable.
