LEE needs a raise, so my wife is 70% DV she has to do things online…read morenot in person because of her anxiety, she rents a truck through U-Haul, first mistake lol but really, we have a truck through Penske and u-haul, when my wife and daughter caught a bug and i was loading these trucks on my own, because i missed my drop off i had to contact LEE as well as call u-hual for my wife, i had asked both representatives the same questions one can i extend till Saturday and two do they do anything for their veterans. uhaul had said they are not doing anything for veterans at this time and we can extend till Saturday if we pay it in full as well as a deposit for estimated miles, feeling defeated i called Penske, got Lee on the line and luckily so she applied a discount for my wife's service and found me another discount then extended the rental free of charge until drop-off, i know she's just doing her job but man its like God opened the clouds and shined down on my family with rays in the form of a woman named Lee, she's attenuative, polite, with great customer service, and is very knowledgeable about the company she represents, i am returning both trucks and going to rent one big 26' through Penske, based Soley on Lee, i took the time out to write this review because of the vast appreciation and respect i have for this representative as a person as well as a representative of Penske her communication alalone just gained more business for her truck rental company probably between 15 to 2k, again thank you lee the Loi Family appreciates your kind and caring help you are a life saver!!

There's always been plenty of parking to choose from - even during peak holiday dates and times. The staff always helps with putting our luggage in the van. I recommend bringing cash for tips. I called this service on the recommendation of a service that I called that turned out to be NOT…read more mobile. I was calling because the door to our old bumper pull was sticking or not closing. Joe, the owner, took my call. He was very nice. When I explained that we just moved to Albuquerque and really don't have a lot of money to spend, he agreed to come by the next day and have a look since he had to be in the area anyway. Long story short, he came by and found it to be a simple issue to resolve. Didn't charge me anything. But hay, that's not all! When we told him about some issues with the furnace, he also had a look at it and did a quick diagnosis of that issue, again, free of charge! very nice guy. Very honest. And also, he quoted me his usual charges, and they are very affordable!! Just overall, knowledgeable, honest, and very nice. And went above and beyond for us!

I bought a used RV last November from this LESS than reputable business…read more When I test drove it, the belt was screaming and the a/c blew hot, I told the salesman and all was supposed to be taken care of before I took delivery 2 weeks later.. I also asked if they would replace the awning as it was literally held in place with duct tape. They said they would. When I picked it up i asked if they had fixed the belt and was told it wasn't the belt but the idler arm pulley. I asked if they had replaced it and was told no. They wanted me to take the vehicle home anyway and bring it back to get fixed. I did not...I picked it up a week later with no squeak, and was informed they were not going to replace the awning. We went camping the first time in april and now realized the refrigerator only works on propane mode, both air conditioners had completely clogged air filters, valves hidden and left off due to winterizing, only the deadbolt works on the door, RV dogs it up large hills, with only 50,000 miles on it, air con. in cab. blows hot. I bought a can of Freon, it wouldn't take a charge so I went under the RV and visually looked at the a/c unit and realized why it wasn't working. Half of the a/c unit had been removed. It was missing the pulley, clutch and belt. NO SENSE RV literally sold it to me that way. Anyone inspecting that vehicle would have caught that. For all I know they are the ones that removed all those parts to stop the squeak? I get a extended warrantee and I brought home a vehicle that had issues BEFORE I bought it. Stay away from this business, they are not a reputable business. They sell you a vehicle with problems, and a extended warrantee. So they have you take possession of these problems, have you take it back later so they can CHARGE the warrantee company instead of out of their pockets, at the customers inconvenience and expense. I will be filling a complaint with the state! Can a business anymore just do the right thing?!?! When i looked at the RV the windshield wipers were SO bad that the rubber was hanging off the blades. When I picked it up, there was the same wipers. Number one that is a safety issue (state violation), number two it would be just good customer service to replace that before delivery. THEY DONT CARE! I should have went up the street to Camping World. I would suggest the same to anyone else if you want to avoid things like this. Oh yes, my warrantee has a $200 deductible per visit. So now I get to pay $200 minimum for a vehicle i just bought with pre existing issues! They totally dropped the ball with this customer....BEWARE.
