I am incredibly thankful for the outstanding customer service and craftsmanship I received! My truck looks even better than when I first got it new! I had the opportunity to speak with the painter about a potential side job on the bedside. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a buff and polish instead of a full paint job, which turned out wonderfully. Instead of letting me spend thousands on a paint job, he generously helped me out free of charge. The general manager was also really nice and directed me to the painter. There was just one minor flaw concerning the bumper molding fitment, but when I purchased my vehicle new from the dealership, there were flaws as well, so I didn't feel the need to press the issue. I had a badly damaged car. Kristian and Daniel were the folks I dealt with. First they asked if anyone was hurt and expressed their concern if there was. They kept me up to date on the status and told me I was welcome anytime to see the progress of the tear down. I did visit and found the shop neat and organized, the tech's working were friendly. The tear down showed more and more damage and the car was a total loss. They clearly explained the totalled vehicle process and were in constant contact with my insurance company. I created a Yelp because the store manager asked if I could give a review. Due to the customer service and the quality of the repair I decided to make one. The staff was amazing and super helpful! They helped me get into a rental more than my insurance company did. They also repaired my car quicker than they originally anticipated which made me ecstatic the paint. My car looks better than factory. The bodywork is phenomenal. All around a great experience I pray and never get into another accident but if I do, I know where I am going. I have to thank Caliber Collision in Rio Rancho! My vehicle needed to be towed into a shop and I got rejected by 4 different body shops due to being over capacity. The Rio Rancho shop took me in even though they were at capacity. I did go in and speak to the general manager to look over my vehicle. He did let me know if my vehicle didn't total it would unfortunately have to go to a different shop due to them not being a Volkswagen that would have to be measured on a frame rack, which is unfortunate. They are so professional and honest, I wish they could repair my vehicle. I do appreciate the them working with me. read more

This shop is definitely one of the best I've been to! Yes, one of them. My wife isn't the best driver, but thankfully the staff at Caliber Collisions is amazing and very knowledgeable. The Rio Ranch Caliber Collision Center helped this out of town customer free of charge. Amazing! We hit a post in the campground on the driver's side front fender causing it to prevent the driver's door from opening without binding. David, the auto body tech came to our rescue and got it so we could open the driver's door. In 25 minutes he had it fixed. We went in to pay and no charge much to our amazement. Thank you Caliber!
