I am tired of companies pushing their expenses onto their customers! 2. Flavor of cupcakes have not improved. They are still some of the heaviest dense cakes I have ever had with the most sugary over the top amount of frosting (which does not taste good). The crumb of cupcakes are supposed to be moist and light/airy not dry and heavy/dense! 3. Cookies are still the best item sold as far as flavor. 4. Prices have increased quite a bit (plus the extra charges for paying in other forms than cash!): I stand by my 1 star rating and will not be returning.
