Thanks Jack for all the help! When we first called him, he gave suggestions and instructions on how to fix the locked bathroom door ourselves- to of course save us money! But after a few attempts we really needed him to come as the door could not be fixed or opened using the usual tricks! He came at his promised time and the job took like 10 mins. You are a LIFESAVER!!! My toddler son locked himself inside our house with my purse, phone, and keys! He figured out how to lock the doors but was unable to unlock them.
