I was referred to Roula by a dear friend to assist with a valuation of a diamond piece that was custom made about 25 years go. Since I receive medical treatment nearby, I gave it a try. This person told me my jewelry was worth only about $3500 mind your for at minimum an 18kt gold metal. Roula believing my to be super stupid even show me a flaw in the solitaire 2kt diamond of the ring (yes double band 18kt yellow gold 2kt solitaire ring with baguettes). I just responded okay knowing at that point she's a liar and thief. I already had an appointment scheduled late in the day with an actual GIA CERTIFIED GEMOLOGIST who's very repeatable in Los Angeles. When he completed the 45mins.-1hour evaluation of the ring, the value was determined to be over $17k. My advice is don't trust this business or Roula as her skill set mimicks a liar and a thief. I'm extremely disappointed. Roula, being honest, fair, and unbiased will move you further in life. Be well! read more

Do not trust!! Instead of restringing two broken pearl necklaces, they actually glued the necklaces together and charged me the full amount. The original string was left even though frayed. The glue ruined the top layer of the pearls. Extremely disappointing! read more
