Cleanliness should be a top priority in any healthcare setting, but especially in an urgent care where patients are coming in because they are already sick and potentially more vulnerable to germs. I was also disappointed that there was no changing table available, which made it especially difficult for me with my small child. While the staff themselves were pleasant, the lack of cleanliness was concerning and significantly impacted my overall experience.

The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful, they had great attitudes that helped lighten the mood. The waiting room is clean, there's tvs, and best of all complimentary coffee, which was very nice!
