Her smile, professionalism and personable nature immediately put me at ease. Daniel was my provider and he exceeded my expectations in every way. He explained each step before performing it, demonstrated exceptional bedside manners and clearly has a passion for both healthcare and patient care. He took his time with my treatment, never made me feel rushed and ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Although the circumstances that brought me to urgent care were less than ideal the kindness, compassion and positive attitudes of both Ebimi and Daniel made the entire experience so much better! What could have been a stressful and overwhelming visit turned into one where I felt genuinely cared for, supported and reassured. I walked in anxious and left smiling, relieved and incredibly grateful for the care I received. The level of care, compassion and professionalism I experienced was outstanding. 10/10 experience I highly recommend this team!

First time using one of these minute clinics in CVS. Not a bad experience…read more My wife was pretty sure she had a UTI, so off we go to the minute clinic. Once there she signed her name in and just waited about 20 minutes then the nurse practitioner came out to get her. She submitted a urine sample it was quick tested right there. She faxed over a script for anabiotic's to our Cvs. All was done within 45 minutes. Sure beats the old days when you'd have to make an appointment with the doctor and wait 24 to 48 hours. Easy peasy!

Super easy and efficient, especially during CO-VID. I know it sounds silly to rave about a CVS…read moreminute clinic, but I was very impressed! I needed to get the tdap vaccine pretty quickly in preparation to see my newborn niece. Did a search for the nearest clinic that offered the vaccine and the internet led me here. It was pretty late at night but I was able to make an appointment online for the following morning. Right away I received multiple confirmation text and emails to prepare me for the visit. They advise you to stay in your car and wait for them to call you in (so there's not a lot of traffic in the waiting area/to social distance.) I received a call 10 minutes before my appointment and was asked a few questions to confirm they had the vaccines I needed. I decided to add in my flu shot as well and there were no issues. They told me to go straight inside and check-in at the portal. By the time I finished typing my confirmation number, I was seen right on time. The clinic was very clean and the ladies working there were kind and professional. They check your temperature and obviously everyone is masked, so I felt comfortable. I was in and out of the clinic in no time, but it's advised to wait about 15 minutes closeby in case there's any immediate side effects from the vaccines. I received a $5 store credit from getting the flu shot so I just took the 15 minutes browsing for what to purchase (I got an its a 10 leave-in conditioner.) Key takeaways: 1. Make sure you make an appointment online. There were signs that said walk-in wait times can be around 2 hours. 2. Do your research beforehand and make sure the clinic offers the service you are looking for. 3. Do your part and remember to wear a mask.

Avoid at all costs! I had a really upsetting experience here. During an attempted blood draw, the…read morenurse missed my vein and I immediately developed a very large, painful lump at the needle site. The swelling happened instantly and was significant enough that it was extremely alarming. I understand that missing a vein can happen and that bruising or a hematoma can be a complication of a blood draw. My concern is how the situation was handled afterward. I was in significant pain, became extremely nauseous and vomited immediately afterward, and did not feel that the severity of the swelling or my reaction was adequately assessed or addressed. I was uncomfortable enough that I ultimately told the nurse to stop and not attempt the blood draw again. No doctor ever came to check on me. Several hours later, I still had a large, very painful lump on my arm. What was already a stressful urgent-care visit became considerably more distressing, and I left feeling shaken and concerned about my arm rather than reassured or properly informed about what had happened. I'm sharing this because I believe situations like this deserve to be taken seriously, documented, and handled with much more care--particularly when a patient is already sick and vulnerable. Also editing to add they OVERCHARGED ME and told me urgent care is not covered by my insurance, my insurance told me they overcharged me by over $60 and told me to contact them for a reimbursement, they gave me a claim number. I called for reimbursement and they are refusing. They wont accept my claim number or call my insurance to verify this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also its been 10 days since the visit and my arm is still BLACK blue and yellow from the missed vein.

My medical emergency at this clinic yesterday was conducted sloppily by the PA (Marisa) who barely…read morebrought herself to examining me and expedited a misdiagnosis arguing it was "just" cellulitis. I was then prescribed antibiotics that could only minimally help. What's more concerning is I directly informed Marisa that I had had the same type of issue in the past and believed it to be an abscess. I asked why she wasn't considering that diagnostic and she didn't seem to second guess herself. I was also refused pain killers which I requested. Upset with ever-increasing pain, I followed my intuition, went to a second urgent care clinic today, and luckily got the proper diagnostic and treatment this time. It so happens I actually had two developed abscesses in the same body area that needed to be drained.

The so called nurse practitioner immediately diagnosed me with shingles and wrote a prescription for a shingles medication which I was on for three weeks. The rash got worse and spread all over my chest, back, neck and shoulders. I went to my primary care doctor he took one look at it and said it wasn't shingles and sent me to a dermatologist. She had to cut two pieces off my chest for a biopsy which came back a week later. If I could give them a zero star I would have. It wasn't shingles it was hives! Give me my 160.00 dollars back!

I asked what test do I need as this was my first appointment and had never been seen, she said an ultrasound and said to have a seat, I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes when my cell rang it was a guy from USA Vein calling to see if I was coming!! Told him I was sitting in the waiting room, he hung up saying he would let the doctor know, waited another hour heard no more from anyone or see anyone so I got up and left!!!

This place is the absolute worst! The main office scheduled me for 4:00. When I got there, they…read moresaid they closed at 4:00 and were leaving. They had messaged my phone three or four times a day for a week confirming this appointment, but didn't have the decency to cancel the appointment if they were closing at 4. Then when I arrived for appointment #2, they said the sonogram lady wasn't there. At appointment #3 they said the sonogram lady was overbooked and to see the Dr., which was useless without the sonogram. He turned on a video and left the room. The fourth appointment the sonogram lady spent 15 minutes checking my veins, and I was told there was nothing wrong with me. They recieved $1200 from my insurence company for 15 minutes. I paid my copays before I left the office, now they say they have no record of my payments and want $155. They had a bunch of excuses why they couldn't give me a reciept. They cost me $200 in lost wages to go to their poorly run, stinky, hole in the wall with inadequate parking. They are now calling 4 - 5 times a week harrassing me for money, after they stole my co-pays and committed insurence fraud by charging for all those useless office visits. They are nothing but thieves and liars.
