Reno and Isaiah F showed up to move my parents and were absolutely Fantastic. Quick, efficient and not one thing was knocked or damaged. Even if a stressful situation is what brought me to Hoover the Mover I'm thankful it did as it forced me to try a new mover and the experience was hands down the best I've had to date - and I move A Lot. Levi gave us an estimate of $6,384 on 11-6-19 and we gave him $1,500 down to start the project. After 3 weeks of doing nothing Levi said he had problems managing his workers and will no longer be doing home repairs. Levi said he will pay us back the $1,500 when his secretary, Dee Burnett, gets around to it. We gave him until 12-6-19 to pay us back and he has again done nothing. We will now move forward with legal action to get our $1,500 back. If you are considering having Levi do any work for you and are fortunate enough to have read this you can now consider other companies in Fort Wayne. As you can see we will not be doing any business or referring anyone to Levi and Greenleaf. Levi gets one star from us for have done one good job in the past hauling junk. Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but they called first to see if it was okay (it was). They asked the right questions about what goes where, what gets thrown out and what gets saved. Basement was in a major (bad) state, and this was the first step in getting it cleaned out. And being an old guy, I couldn't do it myself. They did an excellent job all around. When they explained why they couldn't move out one large piece (a work bench that they said had been assembled in the basement) they offered to move it out of the way so the cleaners would be able to work efficiently. They did everything right. They did it efficiently and effectively and courteously. They were helpful, and understanding, and very very careful with the stuff I needed to save (for family/memories). I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I may need to call them again next year to move some stuff out of the UPstairs! Hire these folks. You won't be sorry. In fact, you'll be very pleased. p.s. While Fire Dawgs did a great job, the folks at PODS, who were supposed to send a container to store my stuff while the basement was being cleaned, "rescheduled" at the last minute to the next day. I was worried the chemicals would affect the animals, but after some research, I found that the products they use are pet- and environmentally friendly and use less water. So, we're not walking on wet carpets for a few days. It literally took just hours to dry. The quality and work the team does are second to none. They can remove stains from carpets that I never knew could be removed. However, the team is very realistic and honest. They'll let us know if they believe a cleaning job is very difficult to do. There's no other carpet cleaning company I'd recommend.
