We requested services from Levi Burnett, owner of Greenleaf Cleaning & Hauling Service for repairs on a rental on Ferguson Ave in Fort Wayne IN. Levi gave us an estimate of $6,384 on 11-6-19 and we gave him $1,500 down to start the project. After 3 weeks of doing nothing Levi said he had problems managing his workers and will no longer be doing home repairs. Levi said he will pay us back the $1,500 when his secretary, Dee Burnett, gets around to it. We gave him until 12-6-19 to pay us back and he has again done nothing. We will now move forward with legal action to get our $1,500 back. If you are considering having Levi do any work for you and are fortunate enough to have read this you can now consider other companies in Fort Wayne. As you can see we will not be doing any business or referring anyone to Levi and Greenleaf. Levi gets one star from us for have done one good job in the past hauling junk. I had immediate need for a junk hauling service. The closing on my house was 3 days away, and it had to be cleaned. After calling more than half a dozen junk hauling businesses, only to be sent to their Voice mail, Greenleaf Cleaning & Hauling answered the phone, was ready to begin the following day, and was hired. They were punctual, courteous, respectful, hard working, perceptive of my possible needs, and left the rooms they cleared clean. As they boxed the junk to be hauled to their trailer (a dirty and tiring job) they they remained perceptive of items I might not want thrown out (old picture albums, unique memorabilia, shotgun shells...) . Their price was fair, and the service provided exemplary. I would highly recommend Greanleaf Cleaning & Hauling to anyone who wanted the job done right, done well, and for a fair price.
