I showed up and was immediately greeted by Brenda, she was so polite and friendly I felt like I've known her for years! The office is super clean, well-organized, comfortable and has a home vibe, I didn't feel like I was at the dentist. I saw Laura and she is BY FAR the most amazing hygienist I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me that she found on my x-rays, while she was cleaning and even after to ensure all of my questions were answered. She is super knowledgeable and very thorough. She complimented previous dental work, which was nice to hear as a patient because you never really know what it's supposed to be like after. Then Dr. Lachot came in and was the icing on the cake to my appointment. He is very friendly, kind and also reviewed everything with me in detail and answered all of my questions. Together, they are a great team! I highly recommend Elevation Dental Group to ANYONE in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Called 1st thing on Friday morning, memorial weekend no less and Sarah asked me to come in and they would get me in. I went in, she greeted me, then introduced me to Rose. Both were extremely welcoming and helpful. I waited 15-20 minutes, at which time Christal called me back. She was incredibly compassionate and thorough.
