Each staff member treats you with sincere warmth and friendship. A truly wonderful experience. 2. Every dental hygienist has been equally kind and gentle during my visits. I have significant tooth sensitivity to dental scaling and all have been very careful to avoid inflicting pain during cleanings. 3. The dentists are simply wonderful. Of course their care is excellent. But, along with that, they are friendly, courteous and engaging on a personal level. The experience will leave you walking out with a smile on your face. 3. I have been coming to Dr Lew for about 7 years. Yes it finally is a PLEASURE to go to the dentist. I have had some horrible nightmares at dentists in my life, but I finally found a dentist who is an expert and a perfectionist as well. Dr Lew and his staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and run a great operation. They use the latest equipment and techniques. What is really refreshing is that over the years I have been able to see the changes to equipment and practices as they have always kept their skills, processes and office up to date with modern changes. Instead of those other stagnant dentists that never changed from their archaic practices they learned at Dentist's school 20 years ago. They are always available to schedule for quick appointments and send plenty of reminders for appointments made every 6 months. The location and parking is fantastic just off the 101 and it is only 25 minutes from Anthem or Peoria (outside of traffic hours). less than 20 minutes from Deer Valley. After many years of semi-regular appointments with Dr. Lewandowski, this was my first time post-pandemic visiting the practice under new management with Dr. Andrews. There was still the same friendly, comfortable atmosphere I had grown to expect. After my cleaning a few extra things were explained/suggested, which I expected, but were not hard sold, which I appreciated, although I stuck with just a regular cleaning. The hygienist Keisha was patient & thorough & seemed to care about all aspects of her responsibilities & my welfare. Dr. Andrews was personable & didn't seem rushed. I also had a nice view of Thompson Peak (antenna-topped peak in McDowell Mountains) throughout my procedure! The only complaint I had was that when I was getting full X-rays, the apparatus used to hold the film for each different angle was a little painful. I had to bite down on it each time, & when the hygienist had to let go of it to take the X-ray, the full weight of the apparatus pulled down & dug into my mouth most times. I remember having robotic panoramic X-rays in the past (here or elsewhere) that were relatively painless. (Though it may have been giving me an extra dose of X-rays for all I know? I still don't like going through the TSA scanner at the airport, but I do it anyway to appease The Man.) read more

I AM not a fan of going to the dentist office but, Princess Center Dentistry was First Class. I was very concerned about COVID & what was being done in their office for protection.When I tell you 100% safety being practiced, WOW...I was impressed & felt very safe.Lori & the ladies upfront took First Class care of me, getting checked in & temperature taken, ect...You have an option to wait in your car & they call you when it's your time or sit in the waiting room,which is social distanced. Hand sanitizer, protective shields,masks if you need, 6ft social distancing,special air purifiers everywhere,everything wiped down over & over including my credit card when handed back to me.Just clean, clean, clean!!! My X-ray technician,Ericka had me wash my hands & rinse with a bacteria killing mouthwash before I was seated & she then took my X-rays. My hygienist, Donna was so AWESOME. She had face maskN94, face shield & gloves on just like Ericka.I felt really safe & Donna did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth, no hurting no pain...gentle as a lamb & very thorough with cleaning & explaining the process & the health of my teeth. After the cleaning Dr Chris(Lou) checked my teeth, answered all my questions & gave me a thumbs up. I made another appointment for cleaning in 6 months, checked out & was on my way. I have been a patient for over a decade but recently had a bad experience and now considering finding another office. I have been waiting over 5 weeks to have a crown inserted. I have been walking around with a temporary crown. Apparently, it's the labs fault, no responsibility taken. Why do the work if you cannot guarantee completion. I haven't been able to eat or use my night guard for five weeks while waiting for my crown to be delivered. Unacceptable. read more

I have been a client since 2014 and was just denied my scheduled cleaning, because I did not agree to get X-rays again (last X-rays were in 2018 and I do not have any issues). I was sitting in the chair and kept declining X-rays with the tech. Dr Lewandowski came in personally explaining about his office policy and guidelines and refused to have them clean my teeth, unless I agreed to xrays. I had to leave!?!?!?!? The ladies at the front desk were wearing PPE improperly; masks under their chins, and only pulled them up to cover their mouths and noses when a client approached them. I am shocked about how much they need to upsell and that they would refuse to perform the very service I scheduled, because I would not agree to their upsell. read more

Every time I go to Princess Center Dentistry I have a magical, no...euphoric experience. The staff are so incredibly friendly I wish I could hang out with them on the weekends. I love these people more than my own family. The coolest part is that they have TVs on the ceiling so that when the dentist people work wonders in your mouth you can watch reruns of Maury Povich. I have no idea what happened to Karri because I have been a client for 5 years and have had no such issues. I have recommended 3 others from my work who all love Princess Center Dentistry. I went in yesterday for my cleaning and as always had a great visit. The hygienist's are all very nice and always do a good job. I have never had an issue with my insurance not picking up the tab or being charged for things I didn't need. Dr. Lewandowski is a great dentist and I did my research before going to him. As I call him keeps a very clean practice, and has the best staff, especially the hygienists, Courtney and Donna!!! So here's a new one: I had a GREAT time at the dentist today! Am I nuts? Maybe. But it was just a routine cleaning and all was well. My hygenist, Donna was gentle as always, took some x-rays and then "scanned" a 3D image of my teeth into this super cool machine that basically uses the scan instead of a traditional impression to form crowns, show wear from grinding, and also expected results from Invisalign. I have severe "dentophobia". I have never been comfortable at the dentist and usually needed happy gas for a simple cleaning. When I was referred to Princess Center Dentistry after relocating to Arizona, I still had the same fears. After a few visits now to this office, I am so much more comfortable and actually happy being there. My hygienist, Donna, is the sweetest person and goes above and beyond to really make me feel better. She does such a great job with my teeth and any issues I'm currently facing, gives great suggestions and care. I have had more interaction with her than the actual dentist, and she's truly the reason why I continue to go back. I have never felt pressure to do certain procedures, or buy suggested products. I'd also like to add that they are always one step ahead with verifying insurance coverage. I always know what I'm paying for before I go back to the chair. I trust the staff completely. Not only did Princess Dentistry help me find a weekend clinic to oversee my problem immediately, they also phoned in a prescription. Unbelievable and amazing service! I usually do not leave reviews but this has been on my mind for months now. I was looking for a new dentist in state and went to Princess Center Dentistry for my routine cleaning. They were professional and the office was nice and clean but I will not be returning due to their extreme suggestions and prices. I had never had a cavity and they presented me with 9 cavities during my visit. They wanted me to pay a little under $1000 and that was after $1000 in insurance coverage. I sent my X-rays and the billing statement to my dentist back home and was told to find a different dentist as this office was overcharging me and adding services that weren't necessary to make $. I ended up finding another dentist who filled 5 cavities for a little under $200 after insurance coverage. I suggest going somewhere with more reasonable and ethical practices. read more

I had a crown done by this dentist- not only was the procedure painful because he didn't use sufficient numbing injections but I've had issues with the crown ever since. When I expressed concern about their work, the dentist was rude and defensive. He stated "if there's a problem then I'd have questions for you on if it was your fault". Had my dental cleaning recently and I don't even have to give the staff my name. They know me. Also, previously I had a poor experience with needing to cancel my appt and I had a hard time getting back in. They went out of their way to correct that poor experience and I get notified now via text or email of openings. They do a great job here which is why I travel from Tempe to their office. read more

Whoa. My experience here was so bad, it is almost laughable. The most notable? Um...cleaning paste in the eye. And then the hygienist had the nerve to say, "I cannot seem to wipe it off, it only seems to be spreading." Follow that with a face full of water. I said, "Don't you offer glasses?" And she responded, "Oh, if you ask." And never proceeded to bring me a pair. Once I was with the dentist, I told him about my pain when eating, so he decided to file my crown ever so slightly. OK. But when I left the office, I realized that they (both the dentist and the hygienist) let me actually leave the office with that blue film on my teeth! Who does that!? It only adds to the pain that they INSISTED that I have new X-rays (even though I brought mine with me from last year), for a total experience of $233.00. The free lip balm doesn't cut it. read more
