Got a nasty door ding in some parking lot recently. It was just ugly and I was wondering what do do about it. One day it dawned on me, check out Yelp! Sure enough found this company, it has good reviews so I called them up. The next day their mechanic Martin shows up at my house and in less than a half hour the blemish and dimple were gone. Martin has been doing this work since 2005 and it shows. He is an expert in PDR (ck out their site videos,) courteous and orderly. I'm keeping this number just in case. So I was getting ready to water my grass when a cicada flew up the back of my shirt. These guys are the real deal, Glen (the owner) and Jordan (the shop manager) did such an amazing job with my car. Glen is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to paint and dent repair, he explains everything fully and prices everything fairly. I came in to get a small dent and a few scratches removed on my almost 5 year old vehicle. He told me he was able to do all that and informed me they do ceramic coating as well, for much less than all the shops out there. I was a bit skeptical at first, but these guys came across very trustworthy. Glen was able to do the scratch and dent repair, took extra time to do a full paint correction (kept the car overnight), and then they did ceramic coating plus a complete auto detail... all for an excellent price. His assistant Jordan really loves cars as well... when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was making sure mine wasn't leaving the shop until it was perfect. I'm really glad I found these guys, they stand behind their work and I can't recommend them enough. My Caddy looks better than it did brand new! read more

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. My car came with an insurance policy against parking lot dings that I didn't think I would ever use. Little did I know... I called Glen on the day of my appointment and asked if he could get me earlier; he said to drop on by and I was in his shop an hour before my slotted time. I showed him the dents I knew about and he found at least 10 more that he could work on. Phenomenal, perfect, professional, and pleasant are just a few of the words I will use when I talk about this man's work. In addition to the run-of-the-mill dings, I had a scrape from the right-side front door all the way back to a pretty good dent on the right quarter panel fender flare. Glen took care of it all. It took more time than I expected but the results were well worth the wait. Glen has been a "mobile" service for over 15 years and decided to put down roots in Silver Spring at 3231 Automobile Boulevard. He will come out to you if that's what you need, but I wanted a brick and mortar place. I was not disappointed and will use, and recommend, this business again in the future. read more
