When I say that this is the BEST Collision Center in MD, I sincerely mean it. I took my 09 Ford Focus Sedan here after I dealt with a previous collision center ( Caliber Collision on Hampton Blvd, Capitol Heights MD) that tried to screw me completely. When I went to BAC, I met Ivan the owner of the Collision Center and he was both kind and knowledgeable on what I needed to get my car back on the road. I only needed the front and rear doors of the left side of my car to be fixed due to an accident that occurred months prior. After having my car serviced here I was extremely satisfied with my car being fixed and the pricing for the car to be fixed was more fair and professional compared to the first place I went to get my car serviced at. My car had so many more issues before, but after I took it to Ivan it is practically brand new and I couldn't thank Ivan and his professional staff enough. I'm a long time customer of Bowie Auto Clinic, so when my wife had a little accident with her mother's car, a Honda CRV, we took it there. G., their shop manager, told me about their new collision center and volunteered to drive the CRV up there for an estimate. A few hours later I heard from Ivan at the body shop and he gave me many options for quality of service. I picked the one we could afford, and a few days later he had the car repaired when he said he would and for the price estimated. About the quality of the repair, unfortunately I've had some recent collision experience with the local Chevy dealer after my daughter ran my car over a curb. Ernie was awesome. My wife's car had a damaged front bumper and rear quarter panel. Being an insurance claim, we settled on a price and they went to work. Ernie was extremely helpful and was able to do more work than for the same price. Normally, a body shop will fix a dent and only paint that specific area, "blending" in the paint. I mentioned to Ernie that I was concerned that with the car being 9 years old, it might be tough to do as the original paint must have oxidized over the years. Well, in addition to fixing that dent, he repaired some parking lots dings in the door and repainted that entire side of the car. The front bumper came out great too. Our 1997 Dodge truck needed body work and new body cab mounts. We took our tuck to Bowie Auto Clinic Laurel, MD. The manager, Ivan, contacted his source for the needed parts the same day. Ivan and the repair mechanic were patient, did a thorough diagnoses, and discussed with us their plan for further diagnosing and repairing the body of our truck. Ernie and his team did an outstanding making my 2009 Honda Accord look shining and new. The paint job they did on it was flawless.
