We move on. Actually worked out better - found a far more reliable, friendly local plumber who was responsive and charged me $200 less. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

After two days his other guy came in and said leak wasn't that bad and that filling it up with coolant would last us one season (next few months) but that we would have to replace the AC unit soon. Less than a week later we had lost all coolant and they were kind enough to come back again and refill again and very next day we were out of coolant. Sweltering hot! Nice people. Gave us a quote which was $2k more than Home Depot's quote and $3k more than another HVAC contractors, so I went with HD.
