After trying to work with…read moresome dealers in Illinois, I encountered several bad experiences, I was hesitant in trying to make a deal with a dealer out of state via phone/internet since they were so far. I can not state how happy I am to have found Zeigler Ford In Indiana. They did not question my abilities of only being able to communicate via/ text/email/phone. They did not insist on me going to the dealer before answering any questions like almost all dealers do in Illinois. If anyone is browsing on line or has any questions about vehicles this dealer has for sale, reach out to Mitch! Mitch is beyond awesome!. He took care of not only getting me a reasonable price, he went above and beyond by answering my questions via/text/email/phone VERY promptly! I also explained my concern of not being able to pick up the vehicle and Mitch went above and beyond in getting the vehicle delivered to my front door WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS! I just want to express my gratitude and I hope many dealers read this and take pointers.;) A Happy and beyond satisfied customer will always be back. The price for the car was fair, but the car needed some new tires and a few other minor things that would not have affected the price on most cars that much. However, this is a Maserati. Parts and service on these cars are not cheap. Chris was very attentive when addressing my concerns with the car. Unfortunately, the sales manager and I didn't see eye to eye. I felt the minor flaws diminished the value of the car further than he did. Me and my wife went home that night thinking we were just too far apart to make a deal. Then that same night I received a call from Nik. Nik asked if he took care of the issues I had with the car if I would be interested and taking another look. I told him I would. In just two days I got a call from Chris letting me know that the car was back. We went to look it over and not only did Nik take care of my issues he then asked if he could take another look at my trade himself. After looking it over he came back and offered me more than we originally agreed to. What a class act! So, while at first my trip to the dealership wasn't as I had hoped, I am glad to have been able to meet Nik and see firsthand just how dedicated he is to his customers and his team. You can bet our next vehicle purchase will also be from Tom Naquin. Thank you again, to all of you at Tom Naquin, for the wonderful service and positive experience. They use to offer good quality and service, but it has went down the drain fast in the recent years. In my 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE (new at the time). It had 35,800 miles. I purchased this new in October of 2014 from Heart City Toyota of Elkhart, Indiana. Here is the list of problems tht I had woth it: - On November of 2014 there was a recall issued for the second row overhead assist grips. They were replaced in January of 2015 at 7,800 miles. - It had a bad support bearing on the front passenger side axle that was replaced at 22,900 miles. - It is on its third transmission. The first transmission was replaced at 20,200 miles and the second was replaced at 29,800 miles. - The most recent recall, at the time, was on the side doors opening randomly. The recall was issued on November of 2016 and it is May of 2017 and Toyota still had not found a cure. - Cruise control lever light flickering. It was replaced three times. Noticed the first time at 7,800 miles. - Dash randomly freezes for about 5 minutes and then goes blank and resets to the default settings (it has happened seven times +) and Toyota still cannot figure out the problem. - Climate control shut off completely, by itself, without touching any buttons while driving. I submitted a claim to the Toyota Corporation and after four tries, they denied my claim of doing a 'buy-back' or providing a replacement vehicle.
