First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I've had a few bad experiences with tire shops where they scratched wheels or ripped the bead on the tires. Turning 3 hours into 8 hours and 5 trips back to get made whole. FML! I happened to find AM/PM and they seemed to have a nice site. Honestly, I thought it would cost me a fortune to use them. But they quoted me $190!!! Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

I hired Rob to replace the radiator on my semi truck. Everything went well at the beginning a week…read morelater the truck left and the coolant level had dropped about an inch. We thought it was normal so we refilled it and continue using the truck 2 1/2 months later The radiator began leaking A large amount of coolant through the bottom, my mechanic took out the bumper, and when inspecting the bottom of the radiator, we realized that a a bolt was never screwing to the frame, and it was left hanging in between two of the tubes. We realize that with the vibration of the truck and the bolt moving back-and-forth, it had open a hole on the bottom of the radiator. There was also a bracket that was left unbolted and just hanging on the bottom. I contacted Rob to ask about the warranty on this so that I can replace the radiator and Rob no longer answers my calls or text messages. And almost $4000 job lasted 2 1/2 months.
