What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. It took 2 people 3 hrs to clean a 1 person occupied apartment with less than 1300 sq ft (2 bedroom, loft, 2 bathrooms, very small kitchen, and dining/living room space) and no pets. I was charged $270. My oven cleaning was waived because they had to cancel the first appointment. (-)They don't charge until after the job is completed and per their policy they "process payments within 24 to 48 hours after your job is done. We do this for 2 reasons, first & foremost, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our services and at that time we would know the actual time cleaning". I only gave them 3 stars because I provided my feedback that there were several items still dirty such as the outside surface of oven, bathroom toilet paper holders, kitchen sink faucet. They charged the full amount and didn't offer to come back and fix my concerns.
