I then called, and the woman on the phone stated that their website was "not working correctly" and online reservations were not going through. They never received my reservation. Um.....OK. I asked why they hadn't alerted customers about the problem, and she just apologized and didn't say why. Quite unprofessional. I rescheduled for a day later, and was hopeful that they would at least do a great job cleaning our house. Unfortunately, they didn't. They didn't do what we had asked: vacuum, dust, clean blinds, etc. The carpets in bedrooms weren't vacuumed, toilets weren't cleaned, the blinds are still caked with dust, and floors didn't appear clean either. Also, our bathroom mirrors weren't cleaned, floors around toilets weren't cleaned.... Countertops in our kitchen also weren't cleaned. The list goes on. I ended up having to do it myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring CLEANERS. The price was $189..... waste of money, I cannot recommend this company. I'm disappointed.

After they left, we found old mouse poop on the floor of our kitchen from when they rushed to clean the oven tray at the end of the job, old mouse poop around our fireplace on the tile grout, beads and other debris on the floorboards, dust on top of each closet rack, cobwebs in the corners of our bathroom and dust on top of the shower head. We continue to discover areas that were never wiped down, including the insides of drawers. I called to let them know and ask for a rebate, and they were only able to offer $25 or half off a future cleaning. Given how much was missed on the last job, we don't feel we could trust them to clean our home in a future job. If you hire them, be sure to ask to check everything before they leave.
