The three women cleaned my home like they would have cleaned a hotel room, so they moved quickly, but they broke things in the house and they decided where things belonged. God forbid they put things back where they found them! When I contacted Tony about the problems I had with the service, he said he would replace the broken things, but what they broke are two sets of blinds; and all I can figure is that once Tony understood how expensive blinds are to replace, he decided to ghost me. I tried to schedule a second visit with him, and I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for him to schedule with me. These people are probably good for cleaning up prior to moving into an empty place, or after moving out of a place; but they don't seem to want to establish continuing clients.

Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't.
