While the company is replacing the unit, the amount of time, hassle, and frustration involved -- especially at this price point -- was not worth it. I would not recommend this company.

While he said my furnace is too old for him to make any repairs due to liability issues, he made a strong argument for a new furnace which i scoffed at due to price concerns at which time he immediately made me aware of their zero % financing option through Wells Fargo. He explained it very professionally and suggested that if I do fix it again myself to make sure there are plenty of CO (carbon monoxide) detectors.
