Friend of mine had a seal replaced on a dishwasher and it was still leaking and they wouldn't go back and fix it.

1 star because I can't give a negative star. Worst company ever. They do not have good customer service.

I bought a Front Load FF7012WN - FF7 White Right-Hinged Front Load Washer with Pet Plus™ Sanitize…read more Fast Cycle Times Dynamic Balancing "5-Year Warranty". Model: FF7012WN I bought this washer by one of the rudest sales people in any store I have ever experienced. The sales guy acted as if he was doing me a huge favor to show me the only front load Speed Queen washer. He lead me to believe it was the only front load Speed Queen that existed within the Speed Queen company. I was not informed that I only had 24 hrs to return it, which is an insane policy. It is the worst washer I have ever had. I did not realize until I used it the first time that the drum was quite small. I could no longer was quilts because it was so small. From the first wash until this day, it made more noise from any washer I have had before. And, the biggest problem of all with the washer is that it doesn't clean your clothes like it should. I tried to contact this store. No one ever answered the phone. Sometimes the voicemail worked. Other times it would not come on. No one EVER returned my calls. I spent over $3000.00 for the washer, tax and delivery. The men who delivered it and hooked it up were very rude too. I truly got a piece of junk. Model: FF7012WN

Returning customer, very disappointed…read more Our first experience at Alabama Appliance was excellent -- the salesperson was helpful, everything went smoothly, and we had no issues. Unfortunately, this second experience has been the complete opposite. If I could give zero stars for this visit, I would. We worked with Aaron, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His snarky attitude and lack of accountability were beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, the delivery was incomplete -- our $13,000 stove was delivered without the power cord and gas line, both of which were included in the purchase and clearly listed on our receipt. I have called multiple times, left messages, and even left a voicemail specifically asking Aaron to call me back -- no response. When I called again today, I overheard him tell the receptionist, "We can come back up there to pick it up or they can go buy the parts at their local store." For context, we live two hours away, one way, and paid for full delivery service, which included all necessary parts. Being told to now go purchase the missing items ourselves is unacceptable, especially after spending that kind of money. Aaron's attitude and lack of professionalism make him a liability to Alabama Appliance, and I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

My 8 year old refrigerator was icing up and there was a "factory update" involving a new fan and many related parts. They also diagnosed the problem with my Sub-Zero Beverage Center, ordered parts, removed it and took it back to their shop for repairs. It will take about a week for repairs and re-install. The Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, fixed my built-in refrigerator, cleaned up and left - what more can you ask for?

They sent a company out, we paid the $70 service call fee and they paid them 1200.00 (not) to fix the Fridge, they were there and gone in 45 min. We called Prestigious Appliance to come out,....long story short. He replaced the very parts the noodle heads before him said they had replaced, all original parts, still in tact.He had to remove all the shelves, drawers etc...to remove inside back panel, to get to some of the parts....which I never saw the man before do. So, that right there told me, the other guy ripped off the Warranty Co. Now, WE did end up paying $1200.00 out of pocket....but we had some expensive parts replaced, one of which was a compressor.....But, add it up here. .....the fridge stops working and unless you can get someone to your house within the hour to repair it, you're either going to lose the groceries inside, or transfer them to the refrigerator in the garage. Either way it's a big hassle. Then wait 2 weeks for them to come and not repair it. We then have to do this a second time....transport groceries to the garage..go back and forth to the garage whenever you need something out of the refrigerator, the freezer isn't large enough so you end up losing some groceries. So, there's waste of money as well. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend the money to have it repaired, correctly the first time, than to go through all of that. It is not like you're having to do without a microwave. And spending 1200.00 isn't the same as the $12,000.00 for the Fridge. So, don't go through the aggravation we did for a month before we took control from the warranty company. Simply call Prestigious Appliance to begin with. They are the most knowledgeable guys you'll meet.

The fridge sticks out way further than it should from the cabinets. Also, it's evident that she mismeasured the cabinets for around the window as they shouldn't be that far away. See pics. In short, I've never done this before and was really relying on the expertise of the people who do this for a living. They failed me. They expected me to come behind them and second guess all measurements. And I know the response will be "but you signed off on the design". Yes I did, but just like getting an oil change, shouldn't have to empty fresh oil to measure to make sure the tech put the correct amount in. Summary: if you replace cabinets for a living, then possibly this company would work for you. But if you are a regular homeowner upgrading your kitchen, look elsewhere. The frustration and unhappiness in comparison to the cost is just not worth it. I wanted to be happy about my new kitchen, and unfortunately due to working with Cabinets to Go, I have nothing but regret. Too much money to be treated so badly. The installers were good in coming back to fix the scrapes in the floor and the sides of the cabinet where the shims were showing unfinished. Joe and Parker took care of it and I appreciate them.
