Extra kudos to Patrick who dug a trench with a smile on his face! Brandon Smith the salesman who first came to our house also was great explaining how the system works and it's benefits and I was able to call him on several occasions with questions before the installers came. We are enjoying our delicious clean water straight from the facet ( no more bottled water ) and my hair, our laundry, the dishes from the dishwasher , everything involving water is so much better now. We couldn't find what we wanted so we went back to the front. Jay was there on his phone monitoring the self checkout. My husband asked him where to find adapters. He looked up from his phone and said something. My husband said excuse me because he couldn't hear him. He seemed put out to be bothered. He said aisle 4 loudly. My husband said do you know where on aisle 4. He said no.( jay is wearing a vest that says Customer service) My husband said well I guess I should just buy on Amazon. Jay shrugged his shoulders and went back to his phone. I then proceeded to the customer service desk and asked to speak to a manager. We waited 10 minutes. I heard the girl call again for a manager. We finally gave up and left. My prediction is Lowe's will be closing soon with the economy the way it is and the lack of customer service in the store. I just had a great experience with Tucker Appliance Repair…read more Aaron was pleasant, punctual and knew what he was doing. I had a leak from my Kenmore front loading washer. Aaron (the owner), had the problem diagnosed almost before he got into the washer. He replaced the hot and cold valves that were both leaking. He had to pick up the parts, was back in 30 minutes and in a short time, my washer was repaired. His price was certainly fair. I will call Aaron the next time I have any problem with an appliance. You should too!
