They fixed that problem by not having any carts available. There weren't that many cars outside, so not that many people inside, but no carts. All of that is irrelevant because the elevator was broken and I had no way to even get to my unit. We first got this unit when the place was under different ownership and they have done nothing but jack up the prices. I'm getting my stuff out of there as quickly as I can if it is even physical possible to get to my unit.
