    Hot Tubs of TN Dispute - Buyer Beware! Hot Tubs of TN…read moreinstalled our hot tub on October 31, 2025. We discovered a leak the week of January 7, 2026 and called their service department at 615-443-4441 to request a service call. Mary, the person answering the call, indicated that before service could be done, an inspector would have to inspect the tub, determine the problem, and itemize any parts that were required for the repair to be fixed. She stated that there would be a charge of $199 for this inspection before service personnel would be dispatched. I objected to the charge for two reasons. First, I thought that $199 was excessive for an inspection call. Two, my tub was under warranty and should be repaired at no charge since the leak was obviously not my fault. Mary was adamant that no service personnel would be scheduled unless we paid the $199 charge. With no other choice, I gave her my credit card number and scheduled a service call for January 13, 2026. The inspector didn't show on the 13th and we didn't receive any telephone call as an explanation as to why. On Wednesday January 14th, we called the sales person who sold us the tub, to request a service call. The service was rescheduled for the 15th. The next day, two service guys showed up as requested. The leak was determined to be from the container for the IQ Sensor. The piece in the unit wasn't pressed down far enough according the service guys. A second leak was determined to be from a loose drain cap. On January 22, 2026 I checked my credit card and determined that an inspection charge was applied on January 16, 2026 for $199 plus tax for a total of $218.40. I immediately phoned Hot Tubs of TN and spoke again to Mary. I disputed the charge since I was told initially that the charge was for an inspection - not a repair that would be done under warranty and that an inspector never showed. Mary stated she was not authorized to reverse the charge and would have to speak with her supervisor, Matt. I asked her to have her supervisor call me. Matt called me and we discussed the charge, which he agreed was an installation issue. He was adamant about not reversing the charge because, "It's our policy." He offered a modest in store credit, which I refused. I told him I would accept an in-store credit for the full amount but he declined my offer. I expressed my disappointment and told him I would dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I did later in the day. I also told him that I would create negative reviews to hopefully make potential customers aware of the excessive fees and policy when problems arise that are not the fault of a customer but an issue with the tub installation.

We had been going to another…read morepool place in town fir years and we were spending lots of money and constantly having issues, resulting in loss of swim time. When we went to open our pool this year, it was a hot mess and took weeks - actually almost 2 months - and all sorts of unique chemicals to fix what was wrong. We started at the other pool place before discovering Leslie's Pool Supplies and Joe and Kevin, so by the time we got to them we were very frustrated and discouraged and had spent way too much, and still had a sick pool. Well, with their knowledge and support, and lots of time and return trips, our pool began to get better - each time. They told us what to do step, by step, and their products were reasonably priced and worked! I also love how they don't try to over sell and honestly, I really love how they educate us how to use less to achieve the best results. We are now enjoying our pool and the water feels great. I highly recommend Joe and Kevin to help you fix and maintain your pool quality, plus I thoroughly enjoy getting to talk to Joe - he's personable and very patient, with all my questions.     Our experience with Classic pools and Spas was out of the gate poor, frustrating and heartbreaking…read more From day one there were equipment failures, cost overruns and unreliable staff. The project took nearly 2.5 years, the company owner stopped coming to the site and the boys used YouTube to install the automatic cover (personally witnessed) which ended up being installed upsidedown. The grout and glass tile started coming out and their answer was to drop off a couple sheets of the glass tiles with a bag of grout. Many components had to be reinstalled due to improper installation. There was no instructions on how the system operated. Mr. Graviss stopped coming to the site, returning calls & emails which is how I figured out the install was completed. There was never a final inspection. The pool deck started spalling, cracking and chipping away months after install and the pool cover box lid no longer fits flush. Thousands have been spent to correct things not addressed and the end result is the pool is not plumb. The autocover will need constant adjustments (billed at $305/hr.). For your own sanity and financial well being do not hire this company for anything pool, spa or gunite related. Your welcome.

I have had to retain a lawyer to address these issues. It's heartbreaking when you spend your life savings, and your contractor does not deliver what was contracted.
