I have always meant to post a review for timberfire pizza but never remember to get it done…read more The best thing I can say is I have never been disappointed with a pizza from here. There is a couple that are not of my liking but that is my palette not the pizza themselves. Since this place has opened, I have had pizza almost every weekend there. (Sick from covid once and knee surgery the other) My top 3 specials are.... 1) Sugar Shack 2) Chicken bacon ranch 3) Mac and cheese or pulled pork Mac With many more to follow that. These are not your 6.99 pizza from that national chain. So worth the price. You won't be disappointed either.

Red Apple Farm has always had a number of food options for those of us who need a hearty meal after…read morethe fun of apple picking. I was delighted to discover that their food options have expanded with two food trucks outside the Brew Barn -- one being TimberFire. The enticing waft of wood smoke from the brick pizza oven in the back -- mounted on a cart for transportation! -- immediately piqued my interest. But it was the chalkboard sign announcing that gluten free and vegan options were available that made me jump in line (and jump for joy). That magical combo of GF crust and dairy free cheese is still not that common, and it's even harder to find ones that taste good. Since I have a gluten sensitivity and am allergic to many forms of dairy, I was intrigued to try. The Tall Man and I each ordered one of the specials, The Fungus Among Us, which features mushrooms (of course), caramelized onions, and garlic cream sauce. He got the full gluten and dairy experience (aka refused to share in my limitations), while I got mine on GF crust and vegan cheese. In lieu of the sauce and their other alternatives (I also can't eat much tomato, and their pesto has parmesan), I suggested straight up olive oil to stick it all together. I was already holding up the line with my multiple questions, but they were very friendly and were happy to answer while busily stretching dough and checking on pizzas in the oven. 20 minutes later, we picked up our pies plus one for friends. (Unlike the Brew Barn, which will text you when your food is done, TimberFire calls out names so you have to stick close by.) Verdict? Delicious, especially straight from the oven on a chilly fall day! They used a premade GF crust, but one that had a pretty good crispy texture when fresh. Vegan cheese was all melty and creamy, so I didn't miss the sauce at all. The mushrooms were fantastic and generous. The Tall Man really liked his version of the pizza, reporting the sauce to be clutch. Our friends' Fresh to Death (aka margarita) pizza was pretty good, maybe not as wow-ing but satisfying both adults and children. I was quite happy with my pizza's flavor, but wish it were larger for the price ($18 per pie), with the GF one being smaller (10"?) than the hand stretched counterparts. They're closer in size to a medium pizza elsewhere. The Tall Man easily finished his whole pie in one go, while I ate half and saved the rest for leftovers. So expect a pricier lunch for 1-2 people per pie, or mix and match with other food options if you plan to share. Thank you for delivering a tasty GF DF experience!

Tree House Brewing in Deerfield feels less like a brewery and more like a destination built around…read morespending an entire afternoon. We walked into a property that is enormous, with a massive indoor taproom, an airy atrium filled with natural light, and sprawling outdoor lawns that make it easy to lose track of time. Beer is obviously the centerpiece, and the selection is extensive enough that we spent most of our visit sampling different styles. The brewery is best known for its hazy IPAs, but the menu stretches well beyond that into stouts, lagers, sours, wheat beers, seltzers, and specialty releases. For those who are not beer focused, the availability of cocktails and other drinks makes the experience more accessible for mixed groups. The sheer variety encouraged us to try multiple pours rather than settling on a single drink, and the rotating selection gives regular visitors a reason to keep coming back. The food menu is relatively focused, with pizza serving as the primary attraction. We ordered a couple of the wood fired pies, which are substantial and shareable, making them a natural match for the brewery setting. The hot honey pizza stood out as a favorite, while the vodka pie was another strong option that balanced richness without feeling overly heavy. Wait times for pizza can occasionally stretch during peak hours, particularly on weekends and event days, but the portions and quality generally justified the wait. What makes Tree House stand out is how comfortable it is to spend time there. The atmosphere remained relaxed despite its size, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the property offered enough seating options that visitors can tailor the experience to whatever kind of day they want. Whether it is grabbing a beer flight, splitting a pizza with friends, attending a concert, or simply sitting outside on a summer afternoon, Tree House feels designed around staying and relaxing. It is the kind of place people often plan entire day trips around rather than somewhere they stop by for a quick drink on the way home.

My boyfriend and I love getting a large pizza with mushrooms, sausage, and pepperoni. The pizza is soo good and will fill you up for multiple meals. The restaurant itself doesn't have too much room for sitting, especially with a whole pizza so most take it to go. The staff are always kind and patient as well. Once we called for a whole pizza close to their cutoff time and the guy on the phone said that they were about to stop making whole pies but if we ordered over phone right there, they could still make it for us!

We ordered the garden salad pizza from the Belchertown location. The pizza was ready on time which was great however, to our dismay, when we arrived home, the pizza turned out to be utterly inedible. It was absolutely burnt on the bottom. Now I have had my share of stone charred pizza in my day, but this?! Come on. I called to relay to the staff which I was put on the phone with manager Amanda. She then in turn decided to tell me how I should have told them to undercook the pizza so that it doesn't come out burnt in the future based on the amount of toppings. I work in the hospitality industry at a prestigious winery in Napa, CA, and to receive service like this after poor product; basically being told it was our fault? Not how I wanted to remember my old childhood hangout at all. Sorry Antonio's, thanks for refund, but felt disappointed.
