Horrible customer service and zero professionalism. I was notified the night before my move at 4:59 pm that they would not be able to accommodate me. I'm also moving states so this puts me in a really terrible position with flights/housing etc. The owner was rude an unaccommodating. I am set to move tomorrow and leave town Saturday and now have no idea now I'm going to accommodate as uhaul closes at 5 and I was given zero notice from this business. Brandon and Manuel did a stupendous job! They were able to help us load and unload our belongings , as well as take on a large dresser that definitely was too heavy for us to handle. Would definitely utilize on the next move !! we spend a total of 600$ for a time frame of 12-3, they are pricey but you get what you pay for in my opinion. read more

Moving is never an easy or fun thing to do. I'm so glad we chose King Moving when we located from Avery Ranch to Round Rock - they made our move as painless as possible. The team showed-up on time and nothing was damaged or went missing - something we can't say about our prior movers in Austin and Dallas. Erin and his helper helped me move in from my U-haul U-box last year when I came down to Austin, originally through the Uhaul Helper Service. Was ridiculously fast, took like 30 minutes. I didn't see his name on Uhaul's site anymore this year, but went through my old voice mails and found his number to see if I could work with him directly (I had no plans of moving again, but my first apartment was a nightmare.) Awesome hourly rate, awesome communication, awesome attitude, awesome service. Erin and his guys have helped me move from my 1 bedroom apartment in Fort Worth to house in Austin and have moved my fiancee into that same house. My husband hired Erin to come and unload the Penske truck I drove from California to Texas with my sons and daughters furniture and other stuff. Erin was so great because I was traveling he told my husband he would work around my arrival in Texas. Sure enough, I arrived in Round Rock, TX at 5:00p and Erin and his helper (I forgot his name but he was awesome, polite and just as helpful) arrived by 6:30p. We didn't have a lot and they had the truck unloaded in 30 minutes. I even helped them with the little stuff even though I didn't have too. These guys were extremely careful with our items and were extremely careful taking them into the apartment. If you need movers or folks to help you unload your own moving truck, these are the people you should call. You will not be disappointed. Erin is awesome, most polite business person I have met in a long time and I was so thankful he was willing to come out after business hours and help me get our truck unloaded. I needed my 20 foot U haul loaded up for a move to Kyle and based on previous reviews I gave these guys a call. First thing I was pleased with, since we were close to them, is how affordable of a quote they gave us. They don't have fancy clothes or uniforms, but that is because they come to work! I have to say, they really know how to pack a truck to get the most out of a space. I was worried that the truck wouldn't be big enough and they just about got everything in there. They also shrink wrap all your stuff to help prevent dings or shelves and stuff from falling out. Best 2.5 hours I've ever paid for with a moving company (even though they were only going to charge me for 2 I insisted they got 2.5 because they earned it). read more

I used Erin to help me pack up my home and move my belongings across town. He brought in two people to assist with the packing and they did a fantastic job. Everything arrived to my new house safely and intact. He handled the larger items himself and with great care, including some difficult pieces such as a wood and glass curio cabinet, a very heavy marble and glass dining table, and a large glass mirror. He and Ty were also very accommodating with rearranging some pieces when I was uncertain regarding placement. Everyone on his team was trustworthy, pleasant and professional. His pricing is very reasonable and included moving supplies. I would rather never move again, but if I do, I know who to call! read more

This review is long over due but I hired Erin to move some of my household to Dallas where I had recently rented an apartment and to do a second move of the house to Temple, TX. Erin gave me a reasonable quote and I booked him to move me at the end of April. He showed up to pick up my items to be moved to Dallas the day before and loaded the truck by himself. The next day he showed up earlier than we had planned and he unloaded the truck and into my apartment by himself in less than two hours. A few weeks later he moved everything else to Temple and provided the same quick and efficient service I experienced in Dallas. I've used these guys three times already (yeah, yeah, I know - I move around a lot. Believe me I wish that wasn't the case!) and will be using them again shortly because I'm moving AGAIN. Argh! King Movers were very professional and a good, solid choice in a moving company. They were easy to contact to arrange for an appointment, communicated to confirm details and let us know they were on their way. They showed up on time and were great about helping us carefully unload or furniture and belongings from our rented Budget truck. They were even careful to protect new carpets from recent rain and mud as they went in and out. This team was shockingly quick and efficient while still taking extreme care to move everything and to not harm either the furniture or the house. They helped put together the kitchen table and reclining couch when asked but never offered to put anything else back together. The price was a little high as they added a "driving fee" but even with these two small issues I would still recommend the company and use them again. read more

These movers are the worst! Gave me an estimate, then charged me triple what they quoted me. Broke my television, damaged my walls and furniture. Then, to top it off, they couldn't get my dresser upstairs into the bedroom and left it in my living room. Completely unprofessional, and they were rude to top it off.
