I booked them through their online site (20% discount wooo) and spoke with April for the most part. She was courteous and friendly and helped us through this transition. The crew (Chris and 1 other gentlemen) arrived within the scheduled window and were finished loading my stuff within an hour. Everything was strapped down correctly and the inventory sheet was amended to add some items I left out on the online questionnaire. Unloading the stuff was just as fast despite heavy rain and only a couple of our items got wet enough to need be dried in the dryer. Definitely a fair price and would use them again in a heartbeat. I had been the victim of a bait & switch mover and was forced to pay much much more than their not to exceed estimate. I was not allowed to talk to the owner. Horrible experience. No ghost owner, Seth is with you the entire move and working hard along with his crew. He even reminds them about proper body mechanics to keep them safe. Moving is never fun but Seth and his guys make it as nice as can be. I am going moving back to the Dallas area and hope Seth will be able to make my move for me. Tim (owner) promptly gave me a quote and was willing to work with me on the price since I was on a budget that my new company gave me. The communication with him the day before the move was great. He kept me updated on his status and he even drove up to Dallas late Thursday night to move me out of my place at 7am sharp. I was already SO impressed by his willingness to go ABOVE & BEYOND by driving in the night before. Once I arrived in Austin an hour or so after Tim, Tim was right around the corner to unload my belongings. They had extra boxes and supplies on hand for things I couldn't pack up myself. They were fast, comedic, and just overall GOOD men. I will use Brick by Brick again because I know they won't overcharge me and the service is A+. They bled on my mattress....They did not bring a big enough moving truck, stuffed the one they brought and then we had to travel 600+ miles back, rent a u-haul and move the rest.
