This place goes all out for their decor - it was decorated to the 9s for Halloween. They have a live DJ playing music, so it's pretty loud inside and gives it kind of a club atmosphere with the dim lights. We decided to try the AYCE menu and it's a lot of food (at least 3 different cuts of steak, pork, sausage, etc with some fried sides). We did not order more since it was so much food, but luckily they allow you to take home the food you don't finish. I don't think there's a value for the AYCE as all of the meats end up tasting the same after a while - I think I would order à la carte next time.

We came here near Halloween and the decorations were all out creepy, so be warned if you are squeamish. The music was also loud but when we asked to turn it down (we had a baby in our group), they obliged. It wasn't too busy when we went on Saturday 6pm. There were 5 adults and we had leftovers: - 2 empanadas: they come in orders of 2. I actually liked the chicken more than the beef but both are potato-based. Both good. - Chicarron: crispy and my favorite appetizer - Maduro con queso: a little too sweet with the guava jam but not bad - picada large: I'd get this mix again to get a little of everything. The chicarron was thinner and 'crunchy' so I think the separate appetizer is still worth it. The steak pieces are tender but not as good as the skirt steak. The arepas were really good - I like the sweet corn arepas. - Skirt steak: one of my favorite skirt steaks, flavorful and tender I got the coco fresh mocktail, which was way too sweet without enough lime juice to offset. There's an automatic 20% gratuity (more really because they include tax as part of calculation). There's also a credit card surcharge.

Chef Felipe Collazos has brought to Queens the flavors of the Cundiboyacense region of Colombia with his traditional Colombian steakhouse "Piqueteadero" that cooks with a wood-fire and charcoal grill @s.meathueso.nyc . Our server Juan was attentive and super sweet, but honestly every single staff member was super friendly from the moment you walk in! Drinks: Tamarindooooo Mezcal, tamarind, lime juice. Rim: infused cilantro salt Un amanecer en Jamaica Hibiscus infused tequila. Food: Maicitos Sweet corn kernels, bacon, mozzarella cheese, potato sticks and a house-made sauce. Empanadas We got two flavors one Carne and a queso. Both are authentic and delicious but the queso one hit out of this world with real Colombian cheese! Santo chicharron Crispy pork belly served with arepa boyacense. - something super different that we never had before but it was perfect! The salt form the pork and the lime juice paired amazingly. Mini tres carnes* 8 oz Beef pattie, chicken, pork, homemade bbq guava sauce, lettuce, tomate, mozarella cheese & french fries. Entraña* 12 oz of Skirt steak served with boiled potato, arepa boyacense, fruit skewer, housemade chimichurri & house salad. Had to get a side of that grilled octopus Every Saturday they have live music and today we were able enjoy some of it We had the pleasure of listening to Santiago y la orquesta. Dessert: Waflelado Waffle cone filled with fresh fruit, walnuts & ice cream Obleas Flour wafers filled with arequipe, blackberry sauce & cheese.

Love the ambient at this location. I went there for my birthday. We opted in for the all u could eat .they have one for 40 and another for 20 bucks extra. the meats are good and they give u a lot together with potatoes. cassava and plantains . Cocktails are good just a bit overpriced Music is loud but ok to talk. Waitresses need to be more attentive and address everyone at the table. we did get a round of free shots and extra for my birthday. Also drinkss took between 10 to 15 minutes and the place was not busy.Still a great place

The $39.99 AYCE BBQ platter is a pretty good deal. You get a huge variety of meats on a skillet and once you finish you can order another whole batch of whichever meat you want. I got my seconds of just hanger steak and pork belly. My favorite were those two and the sausage. It is a very solid deal that allows you to take your first plate home if you are unable to finish your first plate. Inside is also pretty dancey and clubby with a stepped platform for what I think is for karaoke.

I would love to come here again. The vibe is warm and friendly - I loved our servers!!! My husband wanted to come here for his birthday dinner and he got the all you can eat!!! I loved the Morcilla it was absolutely delicious. Next time I go I will put in two orders for it. I only mentioned that it was my husband's birthday once and they did a whole song and celebration at the end of our meal which I appreciate greatly! Colombians know how to party and make people feel welcome!! They also keep checking on you throughout your time there. Please go there you will have a great time and yummy food!

The food was ok. I was more impressed with the environment. Very upbeat. The music was great. The service was very fast, I gotten my food about 10 minutes after ordering. I thought that was good given the restaurant was nearly packed. The wait staff is very nice and friendly.

I was excited to try this place since I had seen it all over instagram and seemed like a great deal. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was very packed so we were seated at the bar. What completely threw me off was how hot it was inside. It was nearly 90 degrees outside and there seemed to be no AC running in this place. I felt sweaty and uncomfortable during my whole time here. I really liked their lulo vodka drink; it was super refreshing but not very strong; it tasted more like a lulo juice with a splash of vodka. Their all you can eat meat selection is honestly not that great; it comes with a few small pieces of steak, chorizo, morcilla and chicharrón. The steak didn't seem to be the best quality meat and was pretty mediocre. I honestly loved the appetizer more which was papa criolla, sweet plantain, fried potato and some ribs. The plantain was sweet and the papa criolla were soft and salty. The service from the grill was also very slow; we waited 30-40 minutes to get our first serving of steak which honestly takes time from the 90 minute limit. The bartender was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. I would like to give this place another try once they are more established and work on their quality of food a bit more.

This place is the BOMB SOOOOOO good !!! The meat is cooked on an open flame and it comes out so juicy and flavorful one of the best steaks I've had in a long time and they have an all you can eat option for only 39.99 during the week and it is endless amounts of steak!! They have live music on the weekends when we went one weekend and it was so much fun definitely would come back in a heartbeat

I got the chicharrones with rice and beans and potato salad (comes with half an avocado). Every aspect of the meal was delicious. The pork was perfectly crispy, the rice was soft and delicious. The beans also paired perfectly with the rice. The staff was also super sweet and friendly. I would definitely come back for more and for breakfast. Very good soup, we ask for a small as we had no idea what to expect. The bandeja tipica is $21. For the price you get rice and beans with avocado, a fried egg, longaniza, thinly pounded steak, a piece of sweet plantain and chicharron. We asked for some of the home made hot sauce and we got a some slightly picant vinaigrette that had cilantro and onions, very good bit no spice for my taste buds. However the meal is good enough to feed 2 hungry souls. My wife and i were very stuffed. We noticed they advertised mondongo soup but that is only on Sunday and Wednesday, so we will jave to come back and try it for sure. Our server Maria was very cordial, attentive and friendly. Definitely a new spot to enjoy Spanish food.

That makes no sense, especially considering how quickly I called back. Even more concerning, when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told there wasn't one available. That's unacceptable for any business. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, they made it unnecessarily complicated. Customer service here needs serious improvement.

I was impressed by the large variety of options on this menu. I ordered an empanada to start followed by a mini bandeja. There was nothing mini about it! As you can see by the pic, portion size are not skimpy. Overall, the dish was good, only thing I would change was the steak. Had a little too much fat for my liking. But the chicharron and frijoles were great. The jugo de guanabana was delicious. Empanada was good too, though I would've liked a bit more of a flavor kick. They have a few tables and bar area for indoor dining and a covered section outside. Restaurant was busy, with customers dining in or picking up orders. Seems like a staple for the local community which is great to see. Service was friendly and moderately paced. Will return if in the area!

Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. The jalea was outstanding--it came with a generous amount of shrimp, fish, calamari, and perfectly crispy fried yuca (cassava). Every bite was flavorful, and the seafood tasted fresh.
