I live in a property that uses SNL. Our entire community has issues with this organization. Here are the issues: 1. Unresponsiveness and Poor Communication: 2. It is difficult to reach SNL Associates for maintenance issues and general inquiries. 3. Complaints include unreturned calls and emails, leading to unresolved problems. 2. Failure to follow up on Maintenance and Upkeep Issues: Residents have expressed concerns over the company's handling of property maintainence. 3. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Poor Customer Service: The company has a poor customer service approach, with staff being unhelpful and dismissive[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 4. Instances of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability. 5. SNL Associates is not accredited by the BBB and holds a B- rating. The rating reflects, in part, the company's failure to respond to complaints filed against it. (Better Business Bureau). Review the responses from SNL to both YELP and Google reviews. Thus company has left our entire complex without hot water for 4 months. The pool is vivid green, and has been closed for 3 years, the laundry room has been closed 4 months. SNL did address the crime in the complex by having a security guard walk through every night 10pm-10:15pm.(They liked to stand infront of my door and drink, smoke pot). My husband and I have lived in the neighborhood for decades. After this company took over the condition of the neighborhood went down and our hoa went up! Our wonderful neighborhood is going downhill. In a recent google search there are public legal documents showing lawsuits against this company and their inability to manage neighborhood funds. Since managing our HOA for over 5 years now, SNL Associates has continued to provide exemplary service to not only our homeowners, but also to our condo community, as a whole. SNL Associates first came to us from numerous referrals from others in other communities, and the story was always the same, that SNL was one that could be relied upon to get the job done, and that they provided personal, direct, and hands-on management with all their properties, and that they did a great job. When first meeting with SNL, both our HOA organization and our Condo Community was certainly in need of drastic help, when we first started working with SNL Associates. BEWARE OF SNL !!!! This company has been the property management company for our community for years. Since then our neighborhood condition has really declined and hoa dues keep going up significantly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are not responsive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They can never provide answers when neighbors have questions about the expenses.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For the decades I've lived here , every time a board member questions what is happening they get voted off somehow. I don't believe this company is acting ethically or is honestly managing the neighborhood's funds well. There are many other reviews and criminal public records showing that there are many communities that have/ are facing the same dishonesty from this company. As a resident of an SNL managed property, I am surprised to read such negative reviews. SNL and Craig have been great at our property but I must also say that our HOA board of our community is also wonderful especially the president. A lot of that has to do with the people who represent you on the board as to the action that they allow the management company to take. We have had such a great relationship with them at our property that I recommended them to the previous property I lived in and they have hired them. They are also extremely happy with them. I could think of no worse job than being a property manager personally, so I appreciate what they do. I am an active Realtor for over 18 years and I've seen a lot of bad situations in Property management. This is the best one I've ever lived in. read more

The fact that they have not responded to one of these unfavorable reviews shows you their character, they don't care. They have mismanaged hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years and have recently asked the home owners for a Special Assessment for $100,000 due in 6 months to fix repairs to the clubhouse that were needed to be complete 3+ years ago. They are TRASH. Wish I could give them a zero. None of my maintenance request have EVER been completed. I need an easement to my AC unit, they have yet to give me one. They discriminate, they don't respond, and they couldn't care less about anything but taking your money. If your condo hires them, RUN! One year they 'lost' $50,000.00 of our dues, labeling it as 'unaccounted for money.' Only to ask us for $100,000 2 years later. read more

Unbelievable they are still in business. Unresponsive, ruined our property. HOA dumping them ASAP. They have one "handy" man who is spread so thin you never see him but is somehow usually in the office. Girl on the phones is RUDE. They don't communicate things like your water will be off one day. They don't return calls. Their offices look like a hoarder's lair. Craig was IN MY UNIT and saw water gushing in from the outside during a rainstorm. He went back to the office and never addressed it. We had to threaten a law suit to get action. Just a big blow hard. read more

In the day and age of Internet and text communications there's no excuse for not informing residents of minor major issues within their condominium complex. This management association is probably the worst thing I've ever seen and it's incredibly frustrating. If I had known what we were getting into I probably would not have purchased a condominium. Worst management company ever. You should not hire them. Google them and you will see other 1 star reviews (other than Yelp reviews) from other owners at different properties. SNL does not take care of things for a LONG time. They are rude to homeowners as well as tenants. They never let us know what is going on when our electricity and air conditioning goes out constantly. We did not even have our A/C unit working properly for a whole year, and SNL just kept giving excuse after excuse why it was never fixed. You have been warned..... read more
