On this particular visit he sends me to Shury because he's busy. She recommends that instead of putting my usually thin coat of acrylic on my nails that I use dip powder. She'd been applying to another customer and that customer co-signed it was much better so I decided to try. As I was waiting the owners wife began to seemingly reprimand Sherry in their native tongue. Before I knew it a full on argument ensued between the two. The owners wife was pointing and screaming. She then got closer to me and the customer Sherry was still working on and began to shout ramblings about joe dip powder is horrible and we shouldn't listen to Sherry. My nails were on progress and there was no turning back at this point so I was pissed. After screaming for about 30 mins with Sherry not participating she eventually stopped but by them Sherry had clearly had enough because she made a phone call and proceeded to pack up all her equipment. I left with a level 10 migraine and in utter disbelief of the poor levels of professionalism displayed. I had no intentions on ever returning until a mere 5 days later the powder started to crack. Turns out their 3 weeks guarantee was trash. When I did return to fix my nails the wife was almost mocking in a child like manner " I told you so". Here's my issue, this is their establishment, their staff. Everyone is supposed to be on the same page in terms of product knowledge and what to recommend to the customer so either way it's a bad look. I'll take my nails and coins elsewhere. Honestly, if I knew a black nails salon they would never have gotten a penny of my money.
