The tech told me the new pump supplied by GE worked, but was noisy, and he was going to order and install another new one. But I could use the washer in the meantime, so it didn't bother me. He would email it to me. Not only did he not email me , after several attempts to contact him via phone call, email, Etc he literally ignored us we never did get a receipt for his work.
