The hygienists have all been there for years (as far as I can tell) and the whole office functions more smoothly than any other dentist I've been to. Dr. Fievet has a very friendly, homey manner and is easy to talk to if you have a question. All in all, you won't be spending any more time in this office than you need to, and what is not to like about that in a dentist?

They have up-to-date equipment to x-ray your teeth quickly and safely. The staff are pleasant, quiet, and gentle. My husband says he has never had such a thorough teetch cleaning in his life. Mine was prettythorough, but what impressed me more was the gentleness. The staff is mostly Korean, as are the clients, it seems, but don't let that stop you. You'll still be family to this dentist :)

After going to the DMO dentist and being told that I needed all sorts of unnecessary work done on my teeth, I ran, not walked, back to Dr. Israel for proper dental care. Although at this point I am paying out of pocket for my dental care, I would rather do this and be secure in the knowledge that I'm getting the best dental care available, from a courteous and caring staff to a highly skilled dentist. "Be true to your teeth, or they'll be false to you", as my grandfather used to say. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Israel's care.

I need a tooth removed before it becomes infected. Amy probably was just doing her job but obviously wasn't listening to me. Dentist office should update their website to list services they do in-house and note referrals of ones they do not.

The Spanish chic and the white lady are some of the rudest humans I've met in my life and at a doctors office. Dr. Tucker needs to get rid of them and from these other comments I see I'm not the only one. I spent at least outside of my insurance 17,000 and I almost certain it helped with their salary. Unfortunately because of them and their representation I will not go any longer. I did find another surgeon so they are requesting my X-rays and labs. I called to set up a consultation appointment and when asked of my insurance type, I told the receptionist I'd be paying in cash of which I was not informed by her of any charges to set up the consultation at all. I should have asked if there would be a charge but assumed since referred from another practice there wouldn't be.. my mistake. So the day of my appointment I was given a new patient packet to fill out still uninformed of any charges. Dr. Tucker sees me, and things start off well. He explained everything very thoroughly and I was appreciative of his knowledge. He received my 3 week old xrays from my general dentist in then says he couldn't see my wisdom teeth clear enough and that I needed another x ray. So like a dummy I take another xray.. the xray machine was conveniently located in the same room now that I think about it lol. He gives me the price of the surgery and I ask him if I can make payments on the surgery and pay in full before receiving the surgery, he rudely cuts me off in saying he doesn't talk about money talk to the front desk with his back turned to me at his desk. But you was just talking to me about money but whatever?? I go to the front desk to ask her and she said yes I could and then stiffed me with a $180 bill!! $110 for xray $70 for consultation. In which I had to pay in cash or walk out and get billed later or to go on my credit. The consultation fee..fine but the xray charge after I just paid for a xray 3 weeks prior was b.s. so I called the general dentist to discuss my xray in which this Dr. Said he couldn't see them well. They blatantly told me that my xray was fine, they don't know why he said he couldn't see my wisdom teeth and that he does this for extra money. I tried to get refunded for my 2nd xray and either place wouldn't. They could care less that I just paid almost $300 in cash for 2 xrays and consultation..in 3 weeks!! Here's the kicker..my best friend who referred me to the general dentist says Dr. Tucker told her he couldn't see her teeth well and billed her for another xray too!! in which her insurance wouldn't cover because she had just gotten one done. He's money hungry and switchy/rude. His bedside manner was okay then turned bad once he felt he was done with me and I didn't like that. Billing people for extra xrays and not telling of charges up front is bad business practice. I tell everyone don't go there if so beware!!!

I went in I told him again about my medical history again no problem. Talk to the dentist about my medical history no problem... I got clearances, letters everything they asked for... Paid them.. And when the time came to actually treat me all of a sudden the dentist doesn't work on people who have my particular condition that we have been talking about ad nauseam. Excuse me? You've been prepping for this. You've sent pre-medication You've talked to me extensively You've joked about it and now suddenly you don't know how to fix teeth in a person with a FAIRLY COMMON autoimmune disease? Other than one front office staff, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Andy, in particular, is one of the best dental hygienist that I have encountered. He is completely bilingual (English and Korean). He is very thorough, explains each step clearly, never rushes through his cleanings, remembers little patient details, and very kind. Dr. Kim is a man of not many words but good at what he does. I really wanted to give that one front office staff member the benefit of the doubt the first time I came but she was rude again the second time I came by. When I entered for my appointment, there was no greeting. Just a quick glance down at me and she asked for my name. Upon checkout, she was on the phone with someone arguing with them in a very belligerent tone of voice. At a certain point while still looking at her computer, she said ,"when can you next come in" and I genuinely was not sure who she was talking to. She then proceeded to rudely say ,"hello? I am talking to you" finally making eye contact with me. Maybe this is just her personality but not the best image for the clinic. In general, this is a very clean office with wonderful staff members. I have recommended this clinic to multiple friends and family.

Last year I had a significant procedure and was quite apprehensive. He was very thoughtful and professional in his approach and the majority of my questions were addressed before they were asked.
