This decision is not a reflection of the dentist or the clinical care, which has always been satisfactory. Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.

Dr. Gilleland and Dr Gupta told me I didn't need all of the expensive dental work the other 2 dental group tried to get me for and they fixed my issues for a lot less with great results. Dr. Gilleland even totally re-did my crown because he did not like the way it was sitting, he didn't just try to drill and fix it. I really appreciate him going the extra mile. The point is why am i getting charged to use cash... i had an appointment at 4:30 to get a tooth pulled. I was there on time. Got my mouth numbed at 4:50 and waited until 5:30 for someone to come do the procedure. Apparently the doctor that did the anesthesia was supposed to do the procedure but he left 10mins after he gave me the anesthesia. The doctor that ended up doing my procedure didn't even know i was in the office. I had also waited a long time to get taken care of for my cleaning two days prior. One was on her phone (literally talking on her cellphone)the other was deep in her computer. We signed in, and we took a seat, waiting for them to give us paperwork or at least ask for our insurance and they did not. We waited 20 minutes and it took for us to say something to them for them to say "one minute" while another girl clocked in. The girl came in, asked our insurance and during that time she talked crap about people to her coworker. The entire front desk experience led us to leave before receiving care. He does everything from deep cleaning to braces. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. I was all set and they even polished my teeth. Never and I mean never has this been done with a cleaning at any other office in Georgia... Upon checking out the Dental Hygenist gave me a care package with all the necessities for good hygiene .
