Came here on January 2, 2020. I was the first customer of the year and the owner, Tiffany made me feel extra special. Came thinking I was going for gel but she introduced me to powder gel which is even harder and longer lasting. And it is true. I removed this after 18 days and I could've gone longer but nails were growing because I am alive and so, they need to move on. She charged me a bit less due to my hesitance to try powder and it was a slow morning with me as a first and only customer thus far. During the process my nails looked like they had wet sand on them meaning very thick. But she filed them down and by the end, I was so impressed with the work I don't know if i want anything else anymore. Tiffany the owner is sweet, helpful and so good at what she does. I honestly give the nail work a 4-4.5 but the overall service bumps it to a full 5 stars. The experience matters. read more

There are so many mail salons in the area that there is much to choose from and I had never been to Tiffany. Was surprised when I entered how lovely the place looks, with a very large calming water fountain indoors . They have a plastic cover on all pedicure foot baths , which I prefer for cleanliness purposes. The man who gave me the pedicure gave me the most detailed and thorough pedicure I think I have ever gotten. Pedicure was $25. Pretty much going rate .they also have massage chairs, which I enjoyed. POST COVID-19 review Chose this salon for their convenient location and I remember being there once before a long time ago. Upon arriving you're greeted at the door, where you are given hand sanitizer and your temperature is recorded.. then you are to fill out a COVID-19 form and sign in. Me and a gf of mine had both made appointments. There were only 2 clients besides us and the salon was following safe social distancing. I got a Gel mani and pedicure and both were amazing, definitely recommend the 10 minute massage as well. All nail techs were wearing face masks, face shields and being very clean. After Covid 19 shutdown! Wow... what a beautiful salon. They start off be welcoming you inside, giving you a pump of hand sanitizer, taking your temperature and having you sign a sheet of confirmation that you understand the terms! We picked colors and started promptly. I got a powder gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Tiffany is so friendly and very gentle. My names much needed some TLC and that is exactly what they got. Same with my pedicure! The ambiance is so nice as there is a waterfall and classical music playing - I know, sounds too good to be true! Where to begin....... I'm not one for complaining but I have to share this experience . I had a gift certificate so I decided to use it. Nice place but the woman doing my manicure cut two cuticles on top of burning my nail beds removing the powder gel. Then the hot towels were so hot they scorched my hands. This was yesterday and my hands are still red. To add insult to injury they refused to let me use the gift certificate because it was from June and their ridiculous policy is 6 months only. Not what I expected for the money I spent. It was the fastest pedicure and manicure experience in about 30 minutes. While my pedicure was being done my manicure was being done at the massage chair. My hand were never soaked or nails cleaned. My nails did not look great. Nails were chipping the same day. It did not feel like a relaxing experience and wasn't pleased with service except for the nice massage I received at the end from the nice gentleman. I was also overcharged about 15 dollars more for terrible service when price list is clearly on the wall. I've paid less in other places and have received much better service where they take their time and you actually feel like you are having a spa experience. It's unfortunate because the place is beautiful but not what I expected especially for the money I paid. They are great for massages. read more

Was able to obtain an appointment, they greeted me at the door, checked my temperature, and had a waiver signed. Was immediately walked to the pedicure section where am active waterfall awaited. The lady and gentleman who cared for my nails during the service were calm, quieting, peaceful and worked hard. There was no upselling, pushing things etc. It was one of the first times since last year i was able to relax. Some customers use their phone but it was peaceful. My favorite nail salon to get a gel manicure. I have tried other salons but Tiffany's is my favorite. Her gel lasts so long and is always super neat. I wanted to like this place so so badly; it offers a peaceful and calm atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. I came in for a gel manicure and after about four days of wear, I noticed chipping on my thumb. What was more concerning, however, was that my nails began breaking. My nails are typically very strong and breaks are uncommon -- my thumbs, middle fingers, and ring fingers all have unsightly angles instead of their usual "squoval" shape due to the breakage. I think this is a result of the nail drill, plus nail filing, used to take off my previous gel polish. I ended up cutting and filing my nails so that they all match in length. I know the owner is very kind and stated to me that if anything happens to my nails, I could go back and have it fixed. Super generous and thoughtful. But if a manicure is done right, it shouldn't have to be fixed. I'm hoping the next place I go to will not use a nail drill to remove old polish. read more

This is a first class place. The owners are just the nicest people ever. My nails stay well with a regular manicure for at least a week. I get the powder gel when I'm traveling and it stays for the 2 weeks while I'm away. The only difficulty is the parking but I park in back when I can't find anything else. read more

Tiffany nails is the best nail salon in town. I've been going for almost ten years after failing to find anyone who can wax well. Tiffany spends so much time waxing and it's as painless as waxing can be. Her waxing prices are also a fraction of most other places. The mani/pedis are also fantastic here because of the quality. You are never rushed. Other perks: if John is available he will massage your neck while your nails are drying and it is the best! The salon has a large waterfall and the sound of real running water is so calming and relaxing. Do not waste your time at any of the other lower-quality nail salons in the area. Horrible. Went here for a while but past few times have been disgusting. My mom and I made an appointment, came in and had to sit there and wait 45 mins while people who walked in after us were taken care of bc they were in a rush and were regulars. Today I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, I waited for 20 mins. They did my brows, she didnt let me see them, when I got to my car I looked and one eyebrow was longer than the other, and obviously longer. When I got home I looked and broke down crying it was so bad and there is no way to fix it. I called to complain and the man who is the manager yelled at me and told me to come in and he'd fix it and I said you cant fix it you gave me half an eyebrow and your not waxing off anymore, I want my money back. Ill come in so you can see how bad it is but I want my money back and he said that he doesnt give refunds and hung up on me. I called back 3 times and was hung up on all 3 times.
