I did double check the hours on their website on Saturdays and it's noted they close at 1:45 pm. Place was pretty easy to get to and the parking wasn't too bad. Once you turn into the parking lot, there is a sign telling where to park. When I was there, it was a bit busier, but these guys work very fast. I was able to go grab the sorting cans and gather my recycling. The staff there were very friendly and professional from the guys weighing your items to the cashier. I wasn't sure about certain items, but they explained how to sort certain ones and which ones can't be recycled. My trip there was the fastest for any recycling place I've ever been to. Yesterday my husband and I brought our recycling and were surprised that it was so empty on a Saturday. Until we realized what had changed. There are different employees running it now, and they are RUDE and THIEVES. They told us that our recycling items were trash and removed the large Arizona jugs which have CRV printed on them. They took our cans but said they wouldn't give us anything because they were trash, even though they were mostly soda cans with CRV printed on them. We were trying to ask them what they were doing when they were throwing our stuff around and they would barely speak. I saw them as we were leaving taking the soda cans to weigh them, so they were clearly stealing our recycling for themselves. Never again, we'll go somewhere else from now on.

They deliberately misclassify metals to lowball you on the payout. I brought in 78 lbs of pure…read morealuminum that I manufactured myself, non-magnetic, unlike iron or other alloys. The inspector labeled it as "Irony Alum" just because of some iron screws that was magnetic, which they used as an excuse to downgrade it. At the time, aluminum was going for $0.55-$1.00 per pound, and those screws could easily be removed. That shouldn't be factored in. Other scrap yards don't pull this stunt. Bottom line: If you're just dumping scrap and don't care about the money, this place is fine. But if you have a substantial load you're looking to sell fairly, steer clear. These guys aren't worth it...
