I was told that location park and ride was free but discovered it had a pay system in place. I called via and they said you needed to get a transfer from the driver to place on our car windshield. Not a great plan since I would need to get the transfer ticket, place it on my car and now have to wait for the next bus. That system isn't efficient at all. We paid for parking and went on the rodeo. The drivers were the real standout this night. Both the bus to and then the last bus from Frost Bank Center had stand out drivers. Super courteous. Answered all my questions and even reminded me where to jump off. The common thread of both drivers was their genuine kindness towards all passengers. Attentive to their needs and always a thank you for riding via of have a nice day to those exiting the bus. The drivers earned thus 5 star review.

This bus company was so disappointing, the operator number 7881 was not for me at all, sat behind his glass and mask and would barely speak to you. You could ask him a question and never get an answer. This visit was very disappointing although we enjoyed the Riverwalk and the other sites we saw at the bus situation I would not recommend to anybody.

This place has some works of art that showcase the character of the San Antonio west side, with murals, sculpture, and mosaics. The place is huge, with lots of places to sit and read, and wait for your bus. The departure points are clearly displayed, with signs showing the estimated time of arrival for various bus routes. There's an air conditioned waiting room where you can get out of the sun and have a seat and wait for your bus, with drinking fountains and restrooms. There's plans to put in a small coffee shop, but that hasn't materialized yet. This is normally a rough side of downtown, but there's a healthy police presence here to make sure that things don't get too rough. I was happy to see that there are plenty of places to relax, and lots of bike racks also! I've heard that there are plans to ultimately offer a rail service out of this plaza, but we're not there yet.

He is semi-special needs and is not very tech savi. When he realized he was going to be late, he called greyhound to cancel this trip and rescheduled. He was on hold so long that by the time someone from greyhound had nswered he was not able to get a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

It only took us 5 hours and 25 minutes to get from the pickup point in SA to the drop off point in Dallas. Since COVID times, rider attendance is down, so they don't seem to be using the double decker buses with the tables facing each other. It was a standard Greyhound type bus contracted out of Kerrville, but we were able to sleep and watch Netflix on their free WiFi, and take advantage of their power plugs. Both 110V standard plugs for laptops, as well as USB charging ports. The bus even had a restroom for the 5 hour trip, and the bus was clean and in good shape. Tickets from San Antonio to Dallas are only $32.54 - one way (including taxes, fees, etc.). You just can't beat that with a stick! Keep in mind that they will make a stop in Austin to drop people off and board additional passengers. The driver announced that it would be a 10 minute stop, but it was closer to 30 minutes. Regardless, we still made it to DFW ahead of schedule. Pickup and drop off spots: San Antonio - just a big old parking lot. No indoor waiting area, so don't show up too early. Austin- it looks like they have an indoor facility but it was closed by the time we got there. Dallas - drop off - located at Fuel City, which is a popular food and party place on late Saturday nights. I hope I don't have to use this service again any time soon, but it's good to know it's there if you need it! I would use it again if necessary. Good value!

The driver made no apology or comment about being a full 15 minutes late from when the window expired. Even when I remarked that I was getting worried about missing my flight, he was literally silent. What made matters worse was that he still had another stop after mine, which meant I arrived at the airport only 45 minutes before my flight (if I had been checking luggage I wouldn't have made my flight) - even though I used the pick-up window recommended by SuperShuttle. As it was I had to run through the terminal to get through security and make it to my gate in time. This experience was coupled by the fact that when I arrived in San Antonio four days ago the gal working at the airport around 9pm was curt, rude, dismissive, and just generally unpleasant. So I a mixed emotions on the review so giving the service 4 stars which is a combination of the…read more5-stars I would give one driver for a return trip and 2-stars I would give another drive for my initial trip. We recently requested service for a to and from trip to the airport. I reviewed the online site and the large escalade vehicles show hold 6 adults and luggage. We were leaving on a long trip and only took one bag per person so I would expect if the vehicle to hold us and our luggage and made sure I put in the notes about the number of five passengers and 5 pieces of luggage. The trip to the airport was more than uncomfortable to say the least and when the driver arrived he mentioned that he did not think we and our luggage would fit and offered no fixes or options. The luggage had to be piled to fit so that two of our passengers were crushed in a seat almost together. Then the driver got three separate calls on the trip, answering one of the calls on speaker with us in the vehicle talking to a client about finishing us up quickly so he can pick up another fair earlier than scheduled. Then he proceeded to do over 80 mph on 410 in bumper to bumper traffic to get us to the airport. When we arrived, I would usually provide extra trip over the standard 20% gratuity I had already been charged on my credit card, but did not feel the driver warranted the extra. He made sure to let me know that he was not happy about not getting extra cash and when I mentioned that 20% was already provided on my credit card charge, he informed me that "I will never see a dime of that". However, our pickup driver (thank you Javier!) was fantastic. Arrived punctually to pick us up, was very communicative about getting us with the least amount of walking. He helped with luggage and in/out of vehicle. He drove well and within the speed limits, he was conversational and very personable and did a great job. Would ask for him again and again. So you can understand my mixed emotions with this review and trying to be objective to allow Javier to redeem this rating. Thank you Javier. 12/28 Follow-up: Wow. Sure wasn't expecting anything from my review, but true to his word, Michael reached out, apologized for our trip, and refunded the fee. Thank you Michael and will be using again. Appreciate it.
