My family and I have been with Dr. Ebersole for 25 years. I've never met a better doctor. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, he had to temporarily merge his practice with Rancho Family Medical Group, which is an inferior practice with a poor track record. Hopefully Dr. Ebersole will be back to his solo practice again soon, because no one should have to risk being seen by the buffoon known as Dr. Walter Combs. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Ebersoles for 20 years..he has provided me with superb care, and always takes his time to listen and provide the best medical advice. He never makes me feel rushed, and I always feel well cared for. That being said, unfortunately I cannot say the same for his medical staff. With the exception of Danielle, who is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Today I had the displeasure of dealing with Aracely, twice! She was rude and dismissive to me while i was feeling very ill. I did tell her she was not being very caring towards me, and she became even more rude. I did let Dr Ebersole know, and i truly hope that helps, because his practice deserves only the best staff. I had my first visit with Dr. Ebersole today. I looking for a new doctor because of relocating to this area and have not had good experiences with a large medical group in this area. Dr. Ebersole was a kind, friendly, and very professional doctor. I felt he really listened and that his patients matter to him. I did not have to wait and was seen on time. The staff was very competent and friendly. Dr. Ebersole took his time consulting with me and explaining things in an unrushed manner. As an older woman, at several other practices I had been treated as if I was a sweet old lady who needed to be talked down to. I am sure the doctor is great. All his reviews are excellent. However, his front desk staff...not just one but everyone I spoke to, are disgusting! They are so rude. They have NO customer service and their phone etiquette is non existent. I will be filing a complaint against them through any and every avenue I can because Roxy has NO business being in any type of customer care job especially dealing with sick people. I am in nursing and would never treat any patient this way. I seriously hope she looses her job! As for the doctor, please get yourself some better staff. They are a direct reflection of you and if you are loosing new patients because of their lack of tact, you will loose money as well. read more

I just moved to the area and was trying to find a good family doctor. I wanted to get both my daughter and I in for antibiotics. The reciptionist was very short and rude to me and informed me that this doctor isn't taking new patients. She suggested I go to urgent care. Which defeats the purpose of trying to find a family doctor for us. read more

Dr Ebersole is simply the BEST Doctor in the Valley. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and he is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. Every time I leave an appointment with him, I am handed a handwritten note from him about what we discussed and what I need to do going forward.No leaving the office wondering what he said and what he suggested I do. Dr Ebersole is a nice dr, but not the most thorough. Try not to get sick during holidays since he will not be available and you will need to go to urgent care. They refer you to dr combs, but they do not take any new patients and couldn't get you in regardless. Front office staff will get you off the phone as quick as possible and can't even get a referral correct. Very bad service! read more

One of the biggest problems today are the Dr's that are lining their personal pockets with money from the drug companies. The more they push the drugs, the better car they can drive. That being said, Dr Ebersole is definitely not one of these Docs. His patient count is a managable size, and he prescribes natural remedies before the artificial drugs. AWESOME read more

This doctors office is great. I've been coming here for many years and it is always a good experience. The dr really takes his time to listen to you and even gives you a list of things discussed during your appointment. The front desk staff and nurses are actually nice but it is very off putting to have a big screen across the desk that stays closed most of the time, it doesn't feel very welcoming. Very clean throughout. Danielle is very helpful and has a great sense of humor, I've enjoyed dealing with her in my interactions with them. read more

I love Dr. Ebersole! He's the best Doctor I have ever had and his office staff is very kind to me. You can tell everyone has a busy work load but they still manage to make me feel welcome. Also, every single test the good Doctor has ordered for me, the results have been processed in a very efficient & timely manner. Heck, every issue I have ever developed, he has helped to stabilize. Dr. Ebersole is one of the finest doctors I have ever had in my life. When you leave his office he takes time to hand write all his findings and his recommendations for you to follow. If he tells you he is getting a referral for a medical issue he wants a specialist to review, you can count on this being done. I have auto immune issues and he always helps me to bet to the bottom of the problems. I am so grateful to have him in my life. His office staff is very busy, but they have always been kind and friendly to me. If someone is having a problem with the staff, I suggest that you let the doctor know and not write about it on this website. He takes the care of his patients very seriously and would be upset to know that one of his patients had a complaint and didn't let him know directly. Dr.Ebersole is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time with my grandma and writes everything down for us. He is very kind and will advise on natural remedies, home exercises and steps to get better before taking prescription medicine. We truly appreciate his patience and his time. Dr. Ebersole is wonderful, his staff however is not. I've been going to Dr. Ebersole for many years, I have found his staff to be lazy not very helpful and not very patient friendly, I've had to follow up on referrals and I've been met with attitude and excuses when I've called them out on not putting through referrals. The office staff up until now is unprofessional and rude, I called the other day and they were supposed to get back with me and never did as they needed to verify my insurance as I would be a new patient with my current health care coverage from my new job. I spoke to Aracely today and she just wants to get off the phone and made me feel like I was at the DMV over the phone. If you hate your job and can't give customer service then get a new one! Your new patients are the lifeline of your business not a great way to start and no you cannot speak to them the way you did to me just now especially when I am not being rude to you at all Aracely and trying to make an appointment! We have enjoyed having Dr. Ebersole as our family physician for nearly 20 years...He is not only our physician, we think of him as an extension of our family . His bedside manner is calming, kind, attentive and beyond thorough. He has takes time with us, helping us understand whatever ailment we are dealing with and proceeds with excellent care and super treatment. I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Ebersole's office. I've been here several times. Wait time is never too long, they have a clean waiting room with magazines and the office staff and nurses have always been nice to me and never rude (which is hard to find let me tell you). Dr. Ebersole has always been friendly and keeps it real. He even called me one time to let me know about something, which is rare. Appts are pretty easy to schedule and not too far out. read more

Dr. Ebersole is the most wonderful doctor that we have found. He operates as though he is a small town doctor (in the sense that he gives undivided attention, listens, CARES!).
