Just signed up with my new insurance and Dr. Silvers was on the list as one of the local providers, I'm so glad I chose Dr. Silvers!!! He's so funny, personable and have a great sense of humor! Not your typical uptight and serious Drs you run into majority of the time. Come see him and you'll thank me later! :) Very smart and knowledgable man! He's been practicing for over three decades now and knows what he's talking about and very passionate with his work. He was very detailed with office visits and ordered lab orders to make sure my health is 110%! He also has an in house lab that you can get your blood drawn and tested right there and then instead of going to other lab offices. I know I could trust him right off the bat with his experiences in the hospital field. He's seriously one of the best Drs I've seen and I feel safe having him as my Dr.! His staffs are very friendly, polite and extremely helpful at all times! I think the reviews of the bad staffs were referring to his old staffs which he had replaced. Lastly, Dr. Silvers also practice cosmetics!! He has a full cosmetic line that offers Botox, PRP, Microneedling (Vampire Facial), VI Peel, Juvederm, Liposuctions, Laser Hair Removal, Spider Veins Removal, Laser Stretch Marks Removal and everything else you can think of including a beautiful facial room! I have been seeing Dr. Silvers for 3 years. He has literally changed my life. He has worked with me on several physical problems, both cosmetic issues and over the past year, some very serious medical issues. He tells it like it is, and he won't give up on anyone until he gets it right for the individual patient. Though he sent me to 3 experts in the area, not one specialist ever disagreed with his original diagnosis or his treatment plan for me. He got it right and I am now returning to work at the first of the year. I have lost 30 pounds, my figure and skin tone are unbelievable at age 63 and my health is now nearly 100%. So hard to get referrals or for staff to follow up with stuff. They finally hired two competent people who actually know what a medication is to be called and how to treat a patient Julie and Michelle are awesome! So sad that staff if wined and dined with free lunches and staff doesn't get to take any left overs home because Dr. Silvers and his wife take it home. Lucienne who has been working in this office for 17 yrs is not even a Certified MA she learned to draw blood on the job! You have unqualified people caring for you but pay a high price. Thank you to the unhappy staff who speak ill of the practice to the patients and staff to let us all in on the dirty little secrets of Signature Medical Allison Gracom is a Great PA very smart. On the other hand Dr. Silvers is a blood sucking leech, very cheesy and a cheap skate! He has very unprofessional and non medically qualified front office staff. He has an esthetician and cosmetic sales rep as front office, they have no true medical schooling they don't know how to pronounce medications and you can never get a call in to that office and when you do your on hold for long periods! read more

ALISON GRACOM GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK!!! In 2011, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder of my thyroid AKA HASHIMOTO'S DISEASE. I was put on Synthroid and sent on my way. On Day 3 of meds, I was literally so weak, I could not force myself to get out of bed. I was taken back off the medicine and got a second opinion by a highly recommended endocrine doctor. He told me there was no need to take medicine until my disease started to eat my thyroid gland out of my body! Since that time, I've had my thyroid checked twice a year only to be told that my TSH was WNL (within normal limits) and wait until my thyroid rots! I originally met Dr. Brent Silvers after I was involved in a very bad car accident and went into to see him as my Physician. Now, 14+ years later, I go to him and him ONLY for Botox Injections. Dr. Silvers delivers incredible results that last way longer than any other office does. I usually do about 25 units, takes less than 15 minutes, and I don't need to come back for Botox for over a year! He is outgoing, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, has a great sense of humor, compassionate, always smiling and very welcoming!! I could go on and on about him. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Brent Silvers is an excellent MD. I have been seeing him for several different issues for approx. 3 years and I am very happy with his professionalism. He is kind-hearted, compassionate, and straight forward, which I think any patient would appreciate. Dr. Silvers is known for his strong ability to solve very complex medical cases, even when there is not a lot of symptomatology presenting, which is what drew me to his practice in the beginning. I have also had several cosmetic procedures done in his office and I have been very pleased with every one of them. Regarding his office staff, it is truly impossible to hire perfect people. 5 stars defiantly! were to begin with this office , first of all i use to go to irvine medical center for women and i wasnt to happy with the service i was getting espically for how expensive it was ! 100+ each time i visit , and it was like a 10 minute visit , ridicioulous so i started going to dr silvers when he was on el toro road to get facials and peels and i loved my results when they moved to there new office i started to go for everything that i would need to do from check ups, being sick or needing advice on certain medicines , the staff and drs. are friendly and they take there time with you , they are defiantly a better office they have a way better pricing , and their office is so easy to get to , the parking lot is nice size office is perfect size read more

Dr.Silvers has been my primary care physician for over 4 years and I can say that I am very pleased. I have never felt rushed or mistreated in his office. This past summer I was on a dieting program to get myself back in shape and lost some weight but there were certain parts of my stomach that i could NOT get rid of no matter how many sit ups I did. Dr.Silvers also runs a cosmetic clinic so I signed up for a laser liposuction with him and wow. I cannot thank him enough for getting my confidence back. I came to Signature Medical looking for a way to help cover several scars on my stomach and cheeks. Dr. Silvers recommended several genesis treatments and after 3 months the scars were smoothed out did not stand out nearly as much as they used to. I don't know why i waited so long to go see someone about this. He also did an amazing job with a few botox fillers I always wanted. Ladies he can fix everything!
