Fantastic experience. I scheduled a Thai reflexology foot massage here on a whim on Friday afternoon, and was not disappointed! I've never had a true foot massage before, but I loved it. Tin really got into all of the tight knots and sore spots in my feet, as well as my shins and calves. And it's a little more than just working on your feet... including legs, shoulders, back and neck as well. I really liked the extra-wide, comfy massage table too. Tin was excellent and professional. Such a cool experience! My husband and I had a session together when we were on vacation, and it was like nothing we've done before. The masseuses were very kind and welcoming and the rooms were very unique. We arrived in gym attire, but when we arrived, we were given looser clothing that was very comfy and silky. I had an amazing massage with Emily on Saturday. It was a combination of deep tissue and Thai massage. I was desperate for pain relief in my neck and shoulders and she spent a good amount of time helping to work our all the knots I had built up in my muscles and fascia. And at the end she gave me an amazing foot reflexology massage that was a perfect way to end the amazing 60-minute massage. WOW. This was hands down the most therapeutic massage of my life. I have a host of back issues that are benefited by deep tissue massage, but it's difficult to find a therapist who will use a deep enough pressure. Heather worked diligently on my shoulders, clearly using pinpointed tension as a guide rather than a cookie cut routine. I'm a distance runner so I often have sore legs and feet. I always get the foot reflexology done and leave there feeling totally refreshed with all of the knots in my feet worked out. I have been to Sabai Thai massage approximately 4 times now. It is centrally located and the massage facilities are very nice, clean, very nice atmosphere. The prices are comparable if not less than other massage studios. There are a variety of professional massages offered either on a heated massage table or Thai style on a foam mat.
