This place has picked up its game! We swore this place off 5+ years ago, but decided to give them another chance. Glad we did! Food was the quality it once was and they have modernized the atmosphere. Our server Jared was great and very attentive! The Greek fries were good, the lemon rice soup, and the chicken Greek salad. I also enjoyed my mint iced tea. Glad the original owner is no longer involved, much friendlier atmosphere, better service, and better quality food! We will be back. read more

This is our first visit to this restaurant in years. Let's start by mentioning the ambiance, which is sad. The place is long, narrow, and dark. Those requiring handicap seating are literally forced to the back of this bus. The food was good enough; the mint iced tea and grilled vegetables particularly good. The combination platter we ordered was good sized and the price for what we received was very good deal. Special kudos to our server who approached her work with pleasant professionalism. Wow, wow, wow. This place is FANTASTIC!! Not only spot on for great food but spot on for amazing service!!! Our server Katrina was so wonderful in suggesting the best meals for us to order and when she heard us lament that we couldn't get two appetizers she made sure she got us a small sample of the hummus to try. That was so awesome! We had the flaming cheese for an appetizer which was delicious. My husband had the steak kabob with the baba ganoush and tabbouleh and I had the gyro meat with the roasted veggies and the Jerusalem salad. All of this was delicious and left us feeling great. Truly this was quite a gem to find this place. Don't hesitate give this place a try! I went to sabas because my friends suggested it. Their service was rude and throwing straws at all over the table. I asked for a chipotle burger and they charged me for fries that I didn't ask for and I didn't know it was a charge until after I finished. Plenty of choices and a few things you might not find at your average Greek place. The food was great and the service was unreal. Everyone was super friendly and the chill environment was definitely appreciated. The last thing I want is a restaurant forcing staff to be fake with uniforms & scripted intros. We really like this place. We live in the area, and I started ordering take-out from this place. I kept mentioning to my wife that we should go sit down and have dinner there some time, so we finally did and have been going back frequently ever since. Their lemon rice soup (avgolemono) is really good. We like the "create an entree" option, and I'm preferable to their gyros, chicken shawarma, and their shrimp kebab. Their lemon shrimp pita is also really good. We've brought quite a few out-of-town guests here, and they all thought it was great. Generous sized entrees that are priced reasonably, Greek bottled beers available too. Service has always been pleasant. One of our "go-to" places for a good, reasonably priced local dinner. Don't let the inside fool you. The food in here is amazing. My wife and I shared the gyro fries and they were probably the best we've had and the serving size is enough for 3-4 people. Alright I just gotta write another review. This place is BOMB.COM. Tonight went to another level. Order Consisted of: Greek Fries, Chicago Pita, Chicken Pita, Chipotle Ranch Pita , and Baklava. This was my second time having the Greek Fries and Wowzers this time they came with meat on top. Last time was just feta and lemon. The meat makes it. Highly recommend. Pitas were fabulous like always. The chipotles ranch pita is my favorite I think i get it 90% of the time. This is our go to place for consistent delicious and healthy food with a Mediterranean flair. We started with the two dip special ordering a babaganoush and pesto combo with fresh pita. More options than most and each expertly crafted. The lemon shrimp pita is light, innovative, and distinctive. My only complaint is that the price point is a little higher, especially given that a lot of the dishes didn't appear to come with sides. read more

Oh my gosh! This place was so delicious! I went in for their vegan options and had the most delightful falafel! I even tried it with their hummus and extra veggies! It was so, so good! The falafel was soft and not hard like in most places! The vegetables and salad was crisp and crunch, most definitely fresh! Gosh this was disappointing. In town for the week and delighted to see an authentic Mediterranean place nearby. Menu looked fabulous, family run, awesome. Ordered 2 entrees and some sides to go. Got chicken shawarma and kabobs. Shawarma rubbery, totally overcooked. Kabobs overcooked and dry but still flavorful. Lamb shawarma moist and tender but totally devoid of flavor. Citrus shrimp same: cooked perfectly, but flavorless, not a hint of citrus. Jerusalem salad was delish and added flavor to the rice and meats. We also had some garlic sauce in fridge which really helped add flavor too. Hummus also delish. Ordered tahini but none made it in our order. Ordered lemon soup, received what likely was the lentil soup instead, alrhough it had more of a pasta sauce consistency so not sure. Overall, super bummed as we had high hopes and this was a $50 take out order we definitely would pass on next time. read more
