What led us to Green Corner back in the dark times of early 2020 when most didnt want to enter and eat in a restaurant.. was the level of cleanliness and care they took to ensure customers felt comfortable eating during that time frame. But sadly for us, we didn't live anywhere near their original location. So imagine our joy when this location opened a few years later. (And more locations are soon to be open) Staff: every visit to Green Corner and the interactions with staff has been impressive. They are so friendly, talkative, happy and will take you through the menu if it's your first time or repeated trip and want to try something new. I can only image they treat their employees well for everyone to be this pleasant. Food: always amazing, always correct when omitting ingredients for allergies. Massive selection of usual Mediterranean dishes and some great great unique choices. Their lamb is incredible, chops are fantastic but a slightly longer wait to cook; definitely worth the wait. Choices are as massive as their servings. And you can get all the protein choices in plates, bowls, salads or on the side for when you are really hungry. Catering: Nearly every visit we see the staff gathering large container of food for Catering. This never seems to slow down service. Last visit we saw a member of staff counting the food inside the plastic domes to ensure the Catering order was complete. Order food, get a number stand and sit back and wait (not long) for delivery to your table. I'll add here that each time the food is delivered, its with a smile and well wishes. The food and portions are fantastic, they turn hummus into an artwork, they really take pride in their food. My favorite us the Green Corner Mixed grill, I was asked how I would like the meat cooked. Never been asked that before, so I said how do you like it...medium which was extremely tasty... as I am one of those who usually like meat well done. Can't finish, just walk over and pick up togo boxes and bags. One thing that always makes me feel that Green Corner is truly good and authentic food is seeing a number of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean families enjoying their food too. Always a good sign that you have selected a good restaurant. They have a nice outdoor patio and very clean interior. If anyone from the company is reading.. please look at North Phoenix by the TSMC chip plant as your next location. This area is growing immensely and sparse on restaurants

Three Strikes, you're out ! Heard good things about this restaurant.. can't say the food is terrible, but the preparation is inconsistent and orders prepared incorrectly, and after 3 times, i am out and looking for an alternative restaurant. 1st time, ordered LARGE greek salad with side of gyro. Gyro was tasty, but the olives and feta cheese were rather non existent in this large container of greek salad. ok. 2nd time ordered the lamb chops, with fries, greek salad dressing on the side. When i got home, no fries, and salad was already dressed even tho they gave it to me on the side as well. The order paper clearly said dressing on the side, and french fries. But that was not what was given to me and i did not unpack it until i got home with soggy salad and no fries. 3rd time i returned for the Lambchop plate again, and the lamb chops were rather dog seared and not luscious and sumptuous like the first time, these looked considerably reduced. Also ordered the same LARGE greek salad, and mentioned that the olives and Feta were so scarce last time, she made a note for the olives and Feta, and was not until later i realized she charged me for olives and Feta cheese, like they were not included.. and when i got the package home, the LARGE greek salad was considerably smaller than the one i ordered before, in a smaller container as well, and while it did have olives and Feta, the tomatoes and red onions were extremely scarce now, but the dressing was on the side. Before with the large greek salad i got 2 dressing on the side, this time only one and the size of the serving as well as hte container were considerably smaller. So, three times i struck out at this nice family run restaurant, no matter how good the food was, not happy with the inconsistency with preparation and sizing.

The Al Sham combo, half beef and half chicken, is the way to go. It's easily large enough to share. The gyro was meaty, saucy and filling. We also tried the hummus which was very good. This place is no frills, but the food, service and price point make it one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in the city. Bonus points for having siracha and Tapatio hot sauces on the table.

This is a GEM stop if your into mediterranean food! The atmosphere is clean and inviting. All of the staff is friendly . One staff member customized my meal so I can get the best of what the menu has to offer. I chose the # "21" chicken and beef kabobs with rice, hummus, salad and a pita. It was freshly made and the flavor was phenomenal! So fulfilling I have left overs for dinner! I will be a reoccurring customer

Stopped here since the place we were planning to go was closed that day. This place used to be on the Top 100 list and I really hope the quality was better back then than when we came here. Expensive food with a huge lack in quality. We split a Mixed Shawarma Plate and had high hopes since it looked amazing. The hummus was in a pretty leaf shape, but it had zero flavor. The chicken was dry and salty. The beef was the best part and was cooked nicely, but there were too many fatty pieces. Rice was plain and overcooked (many hard pieces). The pita bread was better than it looked, but would've been better if it had some char to it. My guy tried the baklava and said it was average. I don't like baklava so I didn't try it.

I was in the mood for something light and fresh, so, I gave this spot a try. I love Mediterranean food, and I was skeptical at first, but this place did not disappoint There was plenty of parking, bright signage, plenty of indoor seating. We were greeted as we entered. The space was bright, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were all busy helping customers, preparing meals, or cleaning. There were plenty of customers, but the lines weren't long and there were plenty of tables to choose from The menu was clearly legible behind the order counter. You could see some of the slow roasting meat spin in the background. Everything looked amazing and was affordable for the portions. They have Mediterranean favorites like gyros, shawarma, kababs, falafel, grape leaves, etc etc etc The staff were efficient and friendly. They were communicative if something might take several minutes. They were honestly a Pleasure to interact with. I was very impressed. When our order was ready they brought it out to us Everything tasted great, and again, the portions were hearty. The service was exceptional, and it was just a lively meal. Would recommend Some tips: The chicken kababs were delicious. You get rice and a salad. Both were exceptional. I also ordered a side of fries. It was probably too much food, but it was worth it. We don't try the baklava, but it is super affordable. Also, I tried their packets of chili paste, and wasn't a fan, but luckily they have bottles of sriracha on the table. Lastly, they cater! So, consider them for your next party or work function Cheers!!

Surprised I haven't left a review yet. I love gyro and Middle Eastern food! Green corner has been a favorite for a while now. Big fan of the kibbeh and the beef al sham wraps. The Greek fries are money!! This place is consistent in not just the food, but the service. Everyone is so nice. They are pumped with customers all the time and they keep the place clean and running like a well oiled machine. I've tried over half the menu and everything is good no complaints at all. I'll continue to come here and support green corner. Great job everyone!

    Lindsey G.

Generous portions and amazing flavors! I tried the chicken kabab plate and it came with salad, rice, hummus, pita, and baklava! Everything was truly so delicious, and I honestly dream about their hummus and chicken now. Portions were big enough to have lunch the next day as well. Great value for around $16 for the meal. Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Nice and clean restaurant and friendly staff. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Stop in if you're craving some good Mediterranean food!

We've been coming here for the past year and it has been consistently a great place to grab a quick, delicious and healthy meal. We've brought family and friends and everyone has always enjoyed it as well. My husband always gets the gyro sandwich with fries and I'm always trying something different. Different moods and different cravings ranging from emotional carb loading to light leafy protein days. Staff is always so nice too! My toddler loves it here. Little mister French fry connoisseur gives it 4.5 stars! It's a staple in our rotation.

$15.99 gyro plate with pita bread, Greek salad, hummus ,yellow rice, tzatziki sauce

Each time I vacation in Scottsdale this is one of my "go to" take outs. The food is fresh and tasty and not over seasoned. I ordered the gyro plate $15.99 lamb beef with hummus , pita bread, Greek salad, and yellow rice . Service is exceptional and orders are quick . Healthy and filling more than enough for one or two . Also, they packed a free baklava which was the perfect ending to a great meal . Thanks Green Corner ! I'll be back again

    Green Corner Combo (~$21)
    Aya E.

Ordered: Green Corner Combo (~$21): one skewer each of lamb kafta kabab, chicken kabab, beef shish kabab, and one falafel served with rice, Greek salad, hummus, garlic sauce, and pita bread Aya's take: I placed an order for the Green Corner Combo knowing I wasn't going to eat it until hours later, so my expectations were pretty low on taste & quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I did finally have it! To start, ~$21 for the Green Corner Combo with 3 types of meat is a steal! This is definitely shareable among 2 people or split into 2 meals. The lamb kafta kabab and beef shish kabab were super tender and well-seasoned. The chicken kabab was on the drier side but had good flavor. I like that this combo came with rice, Greek salad, bread, hummus, and garlic sauce as it made it feel like a more complete meal. The rice & bread were as expected and went well with the meats. Being Middle Eastern myself, I've had my fair share of hummus and garlic sauce. These two missed the mark as there wasn't much flavor but for a fast-casual option like this, it's not too bad. The ingredients of the Greek salad were a bit disproportionate. I had so many olives in mine but again, it was pretty standard in terms of flavor. All in all, the Green Corner Combo kept me full for hours, was decently healthy, and is great value!

I ordered takeout from here for the first time after hearing great things. I ordered the gyros plate Chicago style and the beef shish kebab plate. As someone who loves Mediterranean food, everything was delicious. The guy that gave me my order also gave me baklava on the house which was the perfect dessert to eat after a savory meal. The restaurant was busy when I arrived, everyone was enjoying their meals and chatting away. The dining area is spacious and there is also an outdoor patio. Next time I want to dine in!

Sunday afternoon I drove with my son to pick up for a catering order for a small birthday party of 25 plus at Green Corner a Mediterranean restaurant on north Scottsdale road . Greeted by a holiday trimmed tree , a lively crowd were eating ,talking , seemed like a community where people knew one another Quickly 3 large boxes were carried by a staff member to our vehicle . At home there were 2 large beef trays ,one chicken ,& one rice . The meat dishes were layered with pita bread on the top too . The 25 ? Troll party guests "dug" into the food with vigor $ delight . After having award winning bbq the night before this was all delicious and unique for me . We all enjoyed the fresh tasty food . The shawarma & gyro beef dishes were tender both with different spices as was the chicken sear dish . They was beef sahwarma, gyro beef ,& chicken sahwarma all with unique spices . The pita bread tasted homemade. Adding salad & veggie's, humus Et al a very healthy feeling meal even with the beef dishes . I also heard their wraps are very good too . Great garlic dip & tahini . I was surprised at my satisfaction and admiration of the Green Corner food & community feel at the restaurant. Try it & you won't be disappointed.

Everything was very good, and the sauce on the pizza was especially excellent. Service was good -- not great, but good. The DJ actually added some nice ambience to the place and gave the restaurant a good vibe. Now here's my problem. This is a BIG restaurant. I'm not talking about some tiny little neighborhood place where they have to squeeze every table into every corner. Yet somehow, they sat the four of us right next to the server computer station, where the staff is constantly coming and going, punching in checks, picking things up, walking back and forth -- the whole time you're trying to eat dinner. And to make it worse, that table is close to the front door. This is Arizona. Every time that door opens, you get a blast of heat. I can only imagine in colder weather you'd get the opposite problem. I've been around restaurants a long time, and some tables just shouldn't be tables. That's one of them. I understand nobody wants to give up a four-top, but in a restaurant that size, come on. Move the table or get rid of it. The guest experience should be worth more than squeezing in four extra seats. The food absolutely deserves a return visit. Just do yourself a favor if they try to seat you by that computer station near the front door, ask for another table.

Every detail you notice is extravagant and purposeful. Visiting on a Saturday for lunch, there were plenty of other families eating together too. I noticed the crowd was mostly older, which lets you know this restaurant is a true staple in the community (I find that usually the old people know what's up). As all 4 of us weren't super hungry, we split the Persian Room Special- Combination of barg (Filet mignon), chicken filet and Koobideh kebab, served with basmati rice and grilled tomato. It was a huge portion of food, served on a large silver platter. The menu states that it serves 2, but it perfectly filled us 4 adults! Granted, we weren't super hungry to begin with, but 2 is definitely an underestimate. I'd say it can easily satisfy 3 hungry adults. Anyway, quantity aside, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Everything was so flavorful and paired well together. The meat was also juicy. My favorite was the koobideh kebab for sure. There isn't much more I can say, as the food speaks for itself.
