Mark my salesman took the time to understand my needs and presented a flooring solution well within budget and the quality for the installed price is unparalleled. Manuel and the install crew truly blew me away. I was not able to have anyone on site to "supervise" the installation and had to fully trust they would do a good job. Manuel stayed in communication with me and sent me progress pictures and when I got to the house to see it that night I was stunned. The actual stretch and lay of the carpet was perfect and they had neatly rolled and stacked my remnants. But it was the cutting a square of it as a welcome mat that was the cherry on top, along with not being able to tell they had even been there.
