We would receive new phones free of charge under the promotion we were offered. 3. Our monthly bill with T-Mobile would be lower than what we were paying with our previous carrier. After switching, I discovered that none of these promises were accurate: * T-Mobile has not paid off the balances on our old devices, and the conditions they now cite were never disclosed at the time of sale. * The "free phone" offer was misrepresented, and additional charges were applied that were not explained beforehand. * My monthly bill with T-Mobile is higher, not lower, than with my previous provider, despite the clear verbal assurance that it would be reduced. These actions constitute false and misleading representations made at the point of sale, causing financial harm and inducing me into a contract under incorrect information.

Calls to the help desk are not helpful, it's the same ol line every time ie: unplug your router from the wall & wait 30 seconds then plug it back in. Do this, do that & call us back if it doesn't work. We have heard it all, their working on the tower to, due to inclement weather we can't reach the tower. Bottom line is this carrier is HORRIBLE & continues to go down hill worse than ever. Unfortunately there are very limited options for internet out this way, just 2 & the other one is awful as well. I must add that we have been told there are brighter days ahead with new options on the horizon & when that day arrives we will drop this company in a heartbeat.
