When asked about the rest of the classes to attend because it is a one-week trial, she seemed totally confused about brought of a couple other teenage "sin sei" who were equally confused but eventually agreed that the one-week trial is equivalent to this 15 mins class. Such a disappointing experience. Had we known that it was 15 mins, we did not find and wait for a week that's clear of other plans. Disorganized, disorderly, chaotic. Just a mess. These two stars were for one of the teenage "sin sei" Gabriel who was patient and nice, not for the center.

She gave us some suggestions and convinced me to try it out as well. Have to say, I've take a few classes and I am hooked. Classes always start with warm ups and stretches, kickboxing at the bags and with partners, and then ends with stretches. I have mostly taken classes from Erik and Erika, father daughter duo. They give you a WORK OUT. My heart rate is always at least 150 and I'm dripping sweat every time I do it. The instructors also take the time to walk through the class and check up on everyone, ensuring the form is correct. There's a lot of great vibes going around and I've been given tips from more experienced students. This is the perfect gym environment for my wife who was initially intimidated. She's been going to classes by herself and I'm glad she's found her own motivation. I have IMPACT to thank for giving us that safe space to try and improve at our own comfortable pace. Although I haven't been back for a month due to health conditions, I am itching to put those gloves back on and box again! His military experience really shows in the way he teaches and explains things. This isn't my first course with Bay Area Tactical. I previously took Defensive 1 with Matt, along with another course before that, and Matt was also a great instructor. BAT consistently does a great job finding experienced, professional instructors who really know what they're doing. The BAT team is also a great group of guys who run a solid program. I've had a great experience every time I've trained with them and will definitely be taking more courses with BAT in the future.
