TERRIBLE!!!!!! They messed up my eyebrows shape and size. Do NOT GO HERE. They are so thin now and the shape looks ridiculous. They wouldn't own up to it or offer any solutions. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. I dont do much to myself so I was at least happy with good shape eyebrows but now they look awful and I'm no makeup expert so I'm really going to struggle filling them in. She was able to get my eyebrows even so effortlessly and no other threader has been able to. I have a scar in my eyebrow/ scar tissue and a strong arch with thin hair. It's very hard to get my eyebrows even! She's awesome. read more

I love when Sabina is in the salon. But the older lady is not very good and takes forever and hurts my eyebrow.

That day went well for me because I was the only customer at the time. She literally threaded the parts I needed to be cleaned and it was just great. So clean! I first went in just out of curiosity and a need for nice eyebrows. No appointment, just walked in. I sat for a few minutes which was expected. Once in the chair she worked very quickly and I was done in under 10 minutes. My eyebrows had never looked so good!!! I was beyond pleased. So I brought my sister back with me a few weeks later and same thing, no appointment, waited for maybe 5-10 minutes, got my brows done, waited for my sister to be done, and BOOM perfection. My sister was thrilled (she is a little obsessed with her brows). Ive never gone anywhere else and I don't need to. $10 for eyebrows! What a find!! I got my upper lip done recently, and I wasn't sure what I was expecting since I had never done it before, but I was also pleased. When I arrived to this business, the only technician there did not speak to me or really acknowledge me. She was very nonchalant, like she didn't really care what I wanted. I told her I wanted threading on my eyebrows and upper lip and also tenting. She threaded my eyebrows in five minutes and said that upper lip really hurts and she didn't think I needed tenting. I felt like she was talking me out of services and didn't really want to deal with me. I felt like I was rushed out of the store, as if she didn't want an African American in here establishment. When a customer comes in you great them and give them what they ask for, I didn't receive good service from this place and she didn't make me feel welcome. I was surprised that out of all the place I have been to in Utah, this place was the first place I felt as if they didn't want a black person in their establishment. read more

I can not recommend this place enough. I moved here in March of 2020 and was sad to be leaving my eyebrow lady in California. Of all the options of hair removal. I really don't mind threading that much. Especially from Sabrina's the staff here know what they're doing and are so quick and efficient when they do my eyebrows. They have great prices and deals. Ask for a stamp card and after so many visits you get a free service. This is definitely my go to place and I'll travel all the way from provo to come here. read more

I would rate their service 0. I went and asked for a cleaning but instead she thread half of my damn eyebrows off and now they're uneven! So damn annoying cause this is the second time this has happened with them! Never going to them again. If anything My Brows in Orem does a better job! read more
