I am very impressed with the customer service Sable Coffee has offered. I've been twice now and typically new businesses seem to have a hard time getting that part figured out right away. Everyone was very friendly, my beverage and food was ready at the window when I pulled up. Debbie was great, let me know that it's a locally owned business who supports locally owned businesses. I am a self proclaimed coffee snob and this was the first time in a long time that I did not want to spit my drink out based on the flavor of the espresso used. I am very excited to have a locally owned coffee shop where I enjoy their product. My next visit will be in the cafe, I am excited to experience the atmosphere and the employees! read more

Very clean, very nice, great service. Basically operates like a high traffic franchise, w drive thru service and frilly drink offerings. Unfortunately, they did not produce great drinks for us. As a barista who weighs and times the input and output of beans/espresso to get an ideal shot, and understands micro foam and basic milk to espresso ratios for espresso drinks, I have a slightly different expectation when I get a drink. When initially ordering, I asked the baristas if they knew how to make a cortado, since it wasn't on the menu. none of the 3 knew. So instead of explaining what I wanted, I just ordered something else off the menu. we got two small cappuccinos and they both came out in a couple minutes. They were both served with way too much milk and basically no foam. neither of us could barely even taste the espresso. It was even more milk than a basic latte should have. We took them to-go so we didn't have time to drive back in and ask them to fix them. I'm sure they would have fixed them to our liking after some explaining what we wanted, since they were so friendly. Maybe we just got unlucky, but two of the same drinks w the same outcome may suggest otherwise. read more

The espresso is delicious, I ordered an iced americano and really enjoyed it. My dad got a regular coffee and said it was a good cup. The food is also quite tasty, ordered the peach blackberry scone and the ham and cheese croissant, both warmed up. This new coffee shop is so nice inside, lovely decor and a warm fireplace to enjoy your coffee and food. The people working there were so nice and we struck up an easy conversation. It opens at 5:30am which was great for our early start to Glacier and has a drive through. read more
